Big Brother 16 – Breaking Down The Twist

As I mentioned in my previous post, I wanted to break down the twist a little bit to see if we can figure out what is going on exactly.
What we know is this:
- There will be two head of households
- There will be four nominees
- Head of households are not safe
- There is a ‘Battle of the Block’ competition
- The first challenge is split into two groups
That is sounding more and more like Survivor, but I know they’re going to do a Big Brother twist to it. My initial reaction is two groups, one HoH each, and they nominate two people from each group. I think that’s too simple and it will end way too quick. The show cannot handle votes for four different people each week for very long. It will quickly fall into the situation we had in Big Brother 13 where by the 3rd week only about 6 people could be nominated despite starting the show with 14 people. The problem with this method is after 2 weeks or so, if the HoH’s still don’t vote, there will be about 8 people voting for 4 people. A 2-2-2-2 vote would just be strange.
With all that said, here is my take…
I think they will be split into two groups. Each group will have an HoH and 2 nominees. The battle of the block competition will likely put the HoH’s and four nominees in a competition where the top 4 are safe. The bottom two are then the final nominees of the week and both teams will vote for one of the two people like a normal eviction.
That is completely a guess, and if I’m right, I will look awesome. If it is something totally different, than ignore this post!
