Good morning everyone, Get ready for a messy weekend recap because it still hasn’t ended for the hg’s. I’ve got the feeds playing as I’m typing since MJ and Chelsie are still up talking! (No wonder they try to sneak day naps. It’s about the only sleep some of them get.) Chelsie and MJ have played renom roulette all weekend and I’m hoping to have the final decision before I’m done with the recap but we’ll see.

While I wait, I’ll pick up where I left off on Friday. Chelsie won the hoh and put Kimo and Angela on the block. Chelsie fed T’kor & Rubina some bull shit as to why Kimo needed to be the pawn and they bought it. Angela was the initial target on Friday but it had already switched to Kimo by Saturday.

Before the noms, Angela made a decent pitch to Chelsie. It was Angela so it didn’t work but she made a good arguement. (No, not the part about her grandkids needing to see her on tv, lol) Chelsie said she didn’t have many people to pick from. Angela said she did if she was telling the truth about not working with anyone.

Angela also reminded Chelsie she’d said she wouldn’t put her otb. This pissed off Chelsie and she said she didn’t like Angela saying she “wasn’t a woman of her word.” (Well, the truth hurts. Chelsie DID say that to Angela) Anyway, it was decided before Angela even talked to Chelsie so it was never going to matter.

Kimo, on the other hand, had a heads up from T’kor the night before. He basically accepted it and when he spoke to Chelsie, he simply agreed to be a pawn. (Say what you want about Angela but she’s a fighter. Kimo just lays down and rolls over.)

Here’s some other things I failed to mention on Friday: Apparently, Angela tried to claim MJ’s vote as her own before owning up to voting Kimo out. (That’s funny if true and almost never works) I’m saying “if true” because I only heard MJ and Chelsie talking about it. I don’t know who told who about it or if MJ made it up. There also arn’t any have nots this week. At some point, T’kor talked to Cam about he and MJ being touch/feely. She warned him it could hurt his game. Lastly, MJ suggested to Chelsie, she should put T’kor otb and Chelsie said no way. (I wondered if MJ caught how firmly Chelsie said no)

After noms, Chelsie camera talked about the MJ/Cam flirt situation. She made sure we knew she isn’t jealous, it’s just bad for their games. (Sure Jan) She also vented over the things Angela called her out on during their talk.

Meanwhile, Quinn told Leah they should talk to Cam and MJ soon about Chelsie. He said he knew Chelsie’s game. He said she always tries to hide her vote so no one knows her game. Leah said she doesn’t feel safe this week and thinks someone got in Chelsie’s head about her. (They did, it was Cam. He told Chelsie he thought Leah would put her on the block.)
T’kor wearing Joseph’s comp clothes:

Quinn also talked out everything that had happened between him, T’kor and Kimo. (Seperate talks) There’s no point in summarizing because it’s stuff we’ve talked about before. They all had reasons to be skeptical of each other. They each had good points for the lack of trust. They forgive each other and chalked it up to lack of communication. (That really was a lot of it)

Ok, moving on to Saturday because that’s where the crazy really begins. The day started with most of the hg’s having a ‘bash Angela’ session in the hoh room. Chelsie told everyone about Angela’s pitch that her grandkids need to see her on tv. Quinn laughed over it and said they were playing a game. He said Angela hadn’t gone off to war. There was alot more talk about Angela being Angela.

The veto comp was OTEV and MJ won it. It only went 1 round because everyone but MJ got the first question wrong. That’s one of their biggest comp setups so production had to be pissed! (Haha) The questions aren’t the challenge in this comp and they’re always really easy. Finding the answer and getting back up the ramp is supposed to be the challenging part. They laughed about OTEV calling them “stupid f*cks.”

MJ said Angela tried to trick her over her answer and she talked about it ALL weekend. They had different answers, which MJ didn’t know at first. When Angela saw MJ’s, she told MJ she had the correct one. This was a game move trying to win the comp but you’d think Angela committed murder by the way MJ talked about it.
I saw this on Twitter and it gave me a laugh:

There was more talk between MJ, Cam and Chelsie over taking Kimo out. Chelsie made it clear she did NOT want to break a tie. Chelsie tried to plant some seeds to T’kor and Rubina so if the vote went the wrong way, other people could be blamed.

MJ announced she’d hold “veto one on ones” but would wait until Sunday. She said ” I’m doing 20 minute one on ones for veto. That’s it, I don’t want my time wasted.” (Someone has veto-itis) She told the story about Angela trying to trick her on repeat. She also repeatedly said she’s a comp threat but doesn’t understand why she’s seen as comp threat. She went over more of her old favorites like ” I’ve been a lone wolf, I’ve been nominated three times, I’ve been fighting for my life every week” and so on.

This transitioned into “I don’t know what Angela has to complain about, she’s had the veto used on her twice, no one else has had a veto used on them twice.” She said Angela can’t win anything and talked about how Angela’s had it easy so far in the game. (Angela’s been otb more than MJ and she’s won 2 hoh’s, just sayin’)

There was a light-hearted convo in the kitchen about Kimo’s chewing. I’m glad they can all laugh about it because my ear are crying.

While Leah was cooking, Angela told her she didn’t have the votes to stay. Leah gave her one of her pep talks. She told her not to get in her own head and said she should socialize with everyone. She told her not to isolate herself this week.

During kitchen cleanup after dinner, Leah and Kimo made a chili baby. They’d put the left over chili in a zip lock bag and Kimo held it like a baby. They played with it for a while and introduced chili baby to some of the other hg’s. It couldn’t go on forever since chili baby needed to go in the fridge. (Yes, they’ve all cracked)

They got alcohol Saturday night, hung out and played games. They practiced “club greetings” with made up handshakes. They played marry, kiss, evict and some other silliness. T’kor broke a pair of her glasses, Cam called Rubina a f*uck boy and Leah admitted to Kimo she may be getting a crush on Quinn. She acknowledged it may only be happening because they’re stuck in the house. (Yes, i’m gonna say that’s 100% why it’s happening)

Rubina made a joke to T’kor about how she and Kimo are shields in the game for T’kor. It turned into a serious moment because T’kor was upset by it.

She cried and said she didn’t want them to think that was why they were friends. Rubina said she didn’t but said two things can be true. She said they’re genuinely very close but they’re also shields for her.

She said she knew it wasn’t on purpose and she was ok with it. Rubina pointed out how she and Kimo had both been on the block more than once and T’kor hadn’t been on it at all. (Good on Rubina to see it. Bad on Rubina for being fine with it)

By the end of the night, Chelsie had a solid target on Kimo. She also put enough work that she’d be able to tell T’kor “I don’t know what happened.” One of the things she did was pretend she didn’t know what Cam might do with his vote. (It’s starting to get a bit tricky since Cam and Rubina have started talking game recently) Chelsie also used Cam’s vote as a reason to nom Kimo in the first place instead of Leah. She’d told them Cam would vote to keep Leah over Angela. (Not true but whatever) It had also been decided that MJ wouldn’t use the veto.

On Sunday morning, everything changed. I don’t know about the hg’s but we should’ve seen it coming. Late, late Saturday night, Angela laid in bed and talked to herself. (This is what she does before she does something crazy) Sure enough, Sunday morning, she headed to talk to Chelsie. You have to remember, she doesn’t know the target switched to Kimo. In her mind, she thinks she’s got to make a big move in order to stay this week. (flashback to telling Leah she didn’t have the votes to stay)

Angela told Chelsie she heard Leah and Quinn up late. (They were) She said she overheard them making an alliance with T’kor, Kimo and Rubina. (They weren’t) For some dumb reason, Chelsie believed her. Chelsie headed off to update MJ and Angela went to talk to Leah.

Leah listened as her gamed crumbled all around her. Angela explained how the 2 of them needed make a F4 with Chelsie and MJ. She explained how Leah may be working with Quinn but she wasn’t and never would. Leah said she cared about Angela but was obviously annoyed.

Chelsie, MJ and part of the time, Cam, began talking about using the veto. This began an entire day of going back and forth. First it was “do we take out Quinn or Leah.” There was also “do we take Angela or Kimo off the block.” I won’t go over every time it changed, just know that it did…alot!

Cam and MJ would talk it thru and come to the correct decision. Next, MJ and Chelsie would do the same. It seemed as if every time a pair of them talked, it would change again. It also happened a couple of times when the three of them talked together.

Here’s one example of how the day stayed so messy. Right after Chelsie and MJ decided Quinn definitely needed to be the target, Chelsie went to T’kor and Rubina. She was trying to convince them why the veto should be used, be used on Angela over Kimo and why Leah should be the target. I have no idea what the hell Chelsie was doing yesterday. At first, I gave her the benefit of the doubt. I thought, maybe she was trying to get them to target Leah next week.

Unfortunately, she did enough other stuff to convince me that wasn’t it. She also got really sloppy yesterday and she doesn’t usually. She kept contradicting herself during the convo with T”kor and Rubina. She said she was afraid Cam would try to save Leah this week but also said Cam tried to get her to put Leah on the block. (???)

She talked about needing to do things a certain way to make sure they had the 3 votes for a tie. (Because Cam may not vote the way they wanted) She assured them she’d break the tie in Kimo’s favor. I kept waiting for T’kor or Rubina to point out, if Kimo came off the block with the veto, Chelsie would have her 3 votes. (Didn’t happen, at least that I heard)

I thought from the beginning Chelsie was making a decent move for her game. It would be better for her to target Quinn but taking out Angela wasn’t bad. It would get a potential number for Leah out of the house and no one would be mad at her. This was important to her because she thinks they’ll have a double eviction next. (You don’t want to be a target of pissed off people during a double)

I know some people think she should’ve targeted the trio of T’kor, Kimo and Rubina. That would’ve been okay too except T’kor and Rubina want her in a F3. That would change if she were the one to take out Kimo. (It’s why it couldn’t be a tie if Kimo left this week) Chelsie also knew Cam would target Kimo next week if he could. Chelsie wanted to be able to say “obviously I didn’t want Kimo out. I just went against a group and saved him last week.”

Chelsie also spoke to Leah and T’kor & Rubina about what Angela claimed she’d heard. (seperately) Eventually, she realized what Angela told her was a lie. By that point, I don’t think it mattered. They’d already had some time to get used to the idea of Quinn or Leah leaving.

The target was on Quinn, back on Leah and then on Quinn again. With really bad timing, Leah accidentally put the target back on herself. She told MJ that Cam liked her (MJ) but MJ denied it and said Cam liked Chelsie. Leah said no, looking at it from the outside, she said she could tell. Leah said Chelsie did like Cam tho and said it’s why Chelsie gets weird when MJ and Cam are flirty. (Nailed it) Basically, Leah was just warning MJ that people have started talking about MJ and Cam.

MJ ran to Cam and Chelsie to tell them what Leah had said. Chelsie denied ever saying anything to anyone. (This actually should’ve givin her away since no one mentioned her “saying anything.” Leah had only said she could tell.) Chelsea said she did have one chat with T’kor about it but said she was only worried they’d make themselves a target. Re-nom roulette began again.

Late into the night, Leah went to the hoh room and talked to Chelsie and MJ. She could tell the vibes were off and was worried. She’d already explained to Chelsie that the things Angela said were bullshit. I think this was more about trying to make sure the veto wasn’t getting used.

I don’t know why these people insist on talking all this game in the early hours of the morning. It’s obvious they aren’t firing on all cylinders and need sleep. Leah rambled on and on. (More than usual) The more she talked, the worse it got. MJ and Chelsea were just looking for any ammo at all to use against Quinn. Eventually, Leah said something they thought they could use.

Since this was around 6 am, I don’t claim to be clear on the details. I think Leah picked up on the fact that either she or Quinn may go on the block. In what may have been an attempt to put a target on Rubina, Leah told them that Rubina talked to Quinn and said she’d like to work with him. Chelsie said knowing that made her want to believe the things Angela said. (Uh oh) Leah tried to back track but it just got worse.

It didn’t help that Chelsie and MJ both were acting like it was an interrogation. Leah could pick up on it and mentioned how weird they were acting. MJ was even punching pillows while talking about how Quinn would make moves to protect himself. (Well, no shit)

After that conversation and Leah left, I honestly had no idea who they’d target. They went round and round again, only to end back up with Quinn still the target. (I can’t be held to this in case they wake up and change it again) Before going to sleep, there was a quick debate between MJ and Chelsie over who’d had it harder in the game and which of them actually took out Tucker.

You know it’s not a very strategic cast when Chelsie and T’kor both make pretty big mistakes and they’re by far, playing the best games. Chelsie’s verbal diarrhea this weekend still doesn’t make any sense to me. Not only that, she’s lucked into the right game moves a few times. It was smart for her to take out Joseph but then we found out it was a last minute decision. Taking out Quinn is good for her too but she only decided to do it after Angela said things to her. (Angela!) When Cam told her getting in with MJ was the best thing she’d done in the game, (true) Chelsie admitted it was on accident.

As for T’kor, it’s a good thing she has one of the best social games we’ve seen in a long time. She waits until late Wednesday night to make any kind of move every week. Even Rubina said to her “we make a lot of plans and then we don’t follow through with them.” She does nothing to hide the trio or how close they are with each other. Chelsie even calls them the triplets. She’s also decided to trust MJ instead of Leah. (Leah loves her and MJ plans to put her on the block next week if she wins)

I still say they’re playing the best because this move is worse for everyone else, especially Cam and MJ. There also the ones that talked Chelsie into it! The trio wants to protect Chelsie, not Cam or MJ. They’re also seen as bigger comp threats after Quinn. By taking out Quinn, they’re removing the biggest target for the trio. Quinn wants to target Chelsie but wants to work with Cam and MJ especially. They’re practically running to this veto meeting to make the worst move they could possibly make.

So to sum up this weekend….yes, Angela may have a veto used on her for the 3rd time this season. MJ’s annoyed by it and wishes she could use it on Kimo instead. Cam explained to her why the votes might not go the way they wanted if they took Kimo down. (The triplets plus Leah could save Quinn if they wanted)

Chelsie and MJ think they’ll benefit from saving Angela this week as a side perk. Both of them have actually said they don’t think Angela would lie to them. (She lied to MJ during the veto comp and tried to claim her vote but ok) They also said “Angela will be loyal to us if we use the veto on her.” (Sure, ask Tucker and Leah how that worked out)

MJ said she planned to tell Quinn ahead of time but we’ll see. This should be another eventful veto meeting. Have a great Monday.
