It’s Friday in the Big Brother house which means it’s nomination day!
As you know by now, Cedric won the HoH and it doesn’t seem as if Quinn will use his power this week, so Cedric will actually have to play the game and get some blood on his hands. Or will he?
He immediately decided that Angela and Kenney are going on the block and then Kenney even offered to go home (shocker) which gives him a target for the week (real or fake). So regardless of who his actual target is, he can pretend it’s Kenney and there shouldn’t be any drama as a result (booo)
The big problem Cedric is having is the third nom who is considered both a pawn and possibly the target. He has been tossing around a bunch of names from MJ to Leah to Rubina to Joseph. He would LIKE to get MJ out but he knows that won’t happen with her power. However, he absolutely should be nominating her to flush it out. It drives me crazy how these people don’t do stuff like that compared to Survivor.
MJ has basically been using her power as a ‘get to jury free’ card as she has been subtly threatening / hinting that she’ll use her power and then go after the HoH the next week. This prevented Chelsie and it seems like it may work on Cedric. But why? Why can’t he just explain to her “Look, MJ. I love you and all and you’re obviously not my target. However, I’ve watched a bit of Survivor and know that I’ll be mocked relentlessly if I know about your power but don’t flush it out” he can then follow it up with saying something like “It would be almost the equivalent of having an immunity or veto and not using it then going home”
What is she going to do? Hold that against him? Because he took away a power that gave her a significant advantage over everyone else? Brought her down to equal footing with everyone else? That’s worth going after?
And on the flip side, should she be confident and decide not to use it because she actually thinks she is safe and still wants to save it, well then vote her out. Then she can be the person who gets evicted with a power. Maybe it’s different in BB than Survivor, but I just can’t see her holding a massive grudge for a strategic play.
Anyway, you’re wondering who the noms actually are, right?
Well, they are:
Kenney, Angela, and Tucker
It sounds like the initial plan is to still go after Angela? What a weird move. Meanwhile, Kenney over here trying to form alliances with Tucker and Cedric but did say if he (K) is still up against Tucker at the end of the week, vote him out.
Tucker tells Cedric America picks the replacement if MJ uses her power
MJ tells Tkor she’s afraid the boys are in an alliance or will be soon. She’s not sure how to start an alliance at this point
But they still should flush the power out
Unless she is my close ally, if I learned someone had a power, you HAVE to flush it out otherwise you look foolish.
Kenney tells Tucker, Cedric, and Brooklyn that he wants to play veto.
He goes on to wonder if HNs are coming back? They think they will be back next week.
Leah has a bad cough. Kimo said, “o my god.”
She said “just real quick, I don’t want to go home.” He told her he thought Kenney was his target and that he was jjst trying to make it easy on Cedric.
Must be getting close to nomination ceremony.
T’Kor says she hopes he will put MJ or Leah up. In the long run, she thinks they don’t need.to be in there together.
She says you are up there all alienated unless you feel like you are in the loop.
Rubina says she can’t eat…she is nervous.
He mumbled on and on aboit “what is going on…what the F…?” Couldn’t really tell what else he was saying
He says it makes sense for “us.”
But T wants him to put MJ up. Joseph says he heard it was going to be Rubina.
But leading up to this, Tucker volunteered to be a pawn again and Angela also confirmed she’s okay with going up.
Just like she had Matt’s back?
C wanted to check to see if he was ready to go home. Kenney says he is good with whatever happens. They discuss MJ going up. They agree it isn’t necessary. (dumb…my opinion)
He says maybe bring in a 4th? Kenney says they all 3 have the ability to win any HOH.
Is he really just playing dead as a strategy?
They laugh, shake hands and do a motion as if they are shaking dice at the craps table. Unfortunately the hand motion looks like something totally different. LMAO
that she thinks this “I wana go home” game is part of his strategy.

She says he is a very liked person in the house.

Wants to go home, needs to go home, and doesn’t think he would be sent home
Chelsie is still shocked that Cam is following Leah around. Brooklyn wonders if they forget why they came here? Chelsie says she wants someone to win that is there for a bigger purpose. Their WHY to be there
I had NO IDEA they were Chelsie’s mascot costume shoes!!!
They want to form an alliance with Kimo, Brooklyn, T’Kor and Chelsie

She cries about how having family is hard. She says in the house too, people leave rooms when she is there. She thinks he leaves her in a room because sge is bad for his game. He says don’t read that much into it. She said she thinks everyone thinks it is summer camp.
She says she should have known better. She doesn’t feel like she can make friends because everyone has their alliances already.
She doesn’t know how to turn on the oven. Kimo says he will help her fogure it out…but then asked Angela which button it was.
Tucker says, “I’m with it.”
