Last night was a very tense night in the BB house, at least from the perspective of Vince and Morgan.
It began before noms as Morgan has been trying really hard to get Lauren on the block, and Vince has been reluctant. He probably knows Morgan is lying and will absolutely vote her out if given the opportunity, so he wants to avoid that. He clearly can’t say that to her, but it is becoming pretty obvious at this point.
Shortly before noms, it sounded pretty set that Lauren was finally going on the block for the first time this season and then feeds cut. When they returned, we had a visibly angry Morgan talking to Vince about why he didn’t nominate her. The reality is, Morgan saw last week as a shot against her (and it was) when Lauren nominated Morgan to sit with Ashley and Will. Vince had been trying to get them to work together, but there was no denying that was a direct shot and Morgan was her target.

So now, Morgan is realizing that Vince really is working with Lauren and probably has a final 2 with her (he does), and that’s obviously hard to stomach because she considered him her #1. Her ride or die. She was so happy to have a partner like that, only to end up seeing Vince and Lauren together on the jumbotron at a Coldplay concert 🙂
And to be fair, Morgan is right. If he was truly her #1, he would recognize that Lauren wanted her gone and tried to protect her. So, she has every reason to be upset. I know the whole flirtmance thing overshadows a lot of it, but even on a game level, Vince is playing two different people and one of them literaly voted to save him even after Zach admitted not using the $10k because he feared Morgan would be the replacement (although the reality to that is he really just didn’t want to reward Ava.. but in her mind that is what she believes).

During the argument, Morgan said she will use the veto on Ava if she wins to force his hand. He immediately got upset (not ANGRY, but like… wtf?) and she said that was emotional and she took it back. But personally, I think she should. Would be hilarious. Although it would just make him nominate Ashley, who, for some reason, doesn’t seem to be an option right now? I don’t quite understand that one.
Perhaps he’s just saying she’s not an option because Morgan is still team Judges despite 2/5 of that alliance sitting in the jury house now, so he has to pretend he doesn’t want to nominate a judge. However, he may be right because Morgan even pointed out how with two of them in the jury house, if he nominated Ashley over Lauren, he was clearly never in that alliance so that hurts his chances of locking in their votes to win if it came down to that.
He’s in a tough spot because he really is loyal to Lauren, and I think it’s ruining his game. But I think it’s because he really believes he can beat Lauren in the final 2 so he wants her there. I don’t think that’s a lock, but he thinks he can.
Meanwhile, last night as Morgan was chatting with Keanu in the kitchen, Vinnie was listening at the door…

He was able to hear bits and pieces of their conversation, but he made things much worse shortly after. Morgan came upstairs after their conversation and Lauren left. Vince immediately started grilling her on what they were talking about and she tried to change the topic to the situation between them. He insisted, and eventually said he was listening, so she told him some of the things that were said.
The problem with that is, Morgan recognized it and later called him out on it for essentially testing her. That would royally piss me off if someone did that to me. Tested my loyalty by asking me questions only to reveal they heard the conversation anyway. Red flag. Red flag.
Regardless, today will be a big competition because if someone wins who is going to change up the noms, Vinnie has a rough Monday ahead.
I’ll put feed updates here, but I know this is a long post, so I’ll likely also create another ‘feed update thread’ later on so you don’t have to scroll as far. Unless of course you just get the updates on the home page
I’m stepping out for a bit. Not many nice weekends left up here
He is saying ‘if Morgan uses the veto on me, you can say my target is Kelley and I need someone to beat Kelley so I nominate Ashley” Umm, Lauren has a better chance though
It looks like Morgan v Vince again tonight.
So Morgan said ‘fine, don’t put her up. That’s all I needed to hear’
This started with Morgan pushing once again to get Lauren on the block
Vince pushes back by saying Lauren is his ally and the jury will see that as Morgan controlling his HoH
Morgan keeps pushing the ‘then don’t and watch me leave next week’
Vince – I don’t think she can win
Morgan – Then take her to the end and find out
Vince never really has a response to that
And yea, Morgan left the room angry and that may be the end of Morgan and Vince. For now
They agree Jimmy did
