It looks like Rachel’s won the tug of war against Mickey. Last week, Mickey had swayed Ava, Morgan, Will and Ashley a little bit against Rachel. As of yesterday, Rachel has her friends back but is it enough to save her game?

Will and Ashley have finally seen what Mickey’s been doing and how she’s tried to pit them against each other. Ashley and Morgan have been exchanging stories for the past couple of days so all 3 of them are all on to Mickeys game.
Will and Ashely decided they’ve only stayed loyal to Mickey for personal reasons but admit she’s bad for their games.

They discussed the need to form an official 5 person alliance without her. Will sent Ashley to go get Rachel and they also wanted to bring in Morgan. I missed part of this conversation, so I’m not sure who suggested Vince be the 5th. Initially, this sounded exciting but with the mention of Vince, I knew it wouldn’t last.

Ashley went to find Rachel but she was in the middle of leading Morgan in a spin session. Morgan and Rachel have also done their own talking and mended some of their issues. Rachel’s apologized for putting Morgan on the block and explained she did it because she knew Morgan said she would target her. Morgan finally admitted she DID say it but mostly blamed it all on Mickey.

Rachel, Ashley, Will and Morgan met in the hoh room. They shared more stories about Mickey and talked about forming a real alliance. Morgan asked Rachel who told her she would target her. Rachel confirmed Morgan’s suspicions by saying it was Mickey. They agreed Mickey is a problem, but they also agreed Rylie is a bigger problem. He’s basically two votes every week and can win comps.

They brought Vince into the room and proposed the alliance to him. There were a couple of jokes about a Vince and Rachel truce. Rachel was trying to talk about Rylie but Morgan kept interrupting to talk about Mickey. There was a lot of info coming at Vince quickly and it didn’t feel like there was even a lead in into the conversation.

While watching this, I kept thinking why the hell would Vince care about Mickey backstabbing Morgan or Ashley? There also wasn’t enough groundwork laid as to why Rylie should be the one to go in my opinion. Regardless of what Vince was thinking, they all put their hands in and agreed to this 5 person alliance. They first joked about naming it the Jury since that was a source of tension with all the jury talk this season. They settled on the Judges since they’ll decide who leaves.

Without giving Vince much of a chance to give his opinion, they all split up to work on people they were close to in order to get the votes. (Here’s the thing, they don’t have the votes to take out Rylie) They suggested Vince and Morgan would work on Lauren, but for some reason, Ashley headed out to have a long conversation with her.

Will is supposed to talk to Ava but Ava likes Rylie and thinks they’re closer than they are. Will told the group that Ava would be fine with losing Mickey. He told them about Ava finding out that Mickey wanted to use her as a pawn.

It’s Rachel’s job to get Keanu to vote out Rylie. They had a long talk in the have not room and Rachel tried to plead her case. She explained how showmances are dangerous and they only get stronger the further into the game it gets. She said the only reason she won her season was because Brendon was in the jury campaigning for her every day. She laughed and said she probably shouldn’t even have won her season. (I might agree but for different reasons than Rachel)

I enjoy listening to these two since they seem to really like each other. The problem is, this friendship isn’t strong enough to open Keanu’s eyes. I’ll even cut Keanu a bit of slack for being so stubborn. In order to buy what Rachel is selling, Keanu would have to acknowledge that everything he’s thought for approximately 40 days is wrong. That’s a big ask of anyone.

Keanu appreciates that Rachel believed Rylie would target him and was trying to protect him. Unfortunately, he also believes she’s mistaken. Keanu still thinks that fake final 3 he made with Rylie and Vince called the Unexpendables is real. He thinks Rachel, Katherine and Lauren are their side people. He’s even asked Rylie more than once if he’d be ready to cut Katherine when it came time.

Meanwhile, Rylie was busy arguing with Katherine because he said they don’t kiss often enough. He’s been telling Katherine they’re going to be together forever and she doesn’t have a choice and he’s going to marry her when they leave the house. (more things like that)

By the end of the night, Vince told Lauren half the house wanted Rylie out. This is either the first step into convincing her to do it or a prelude to telling her about this new alliance. He also had a long talk with Rachel late into the night. It’s the first time I felt like they actually bonded. I just don’t think it’s going to make a difference. Vince may love the idea of Rachel not targeting him anymore but I’m guessing that’s about all he plans to get out of this alliance.
Here’s my rundown of the players this week:
Rachel
She made a great move and a bad move this week. Putting Mickey, Morgan and Vince on the block was good for her game. Lauren was there perfect replacement nom, except she won the veto. Instead of putting up Kelley, she went for Rylie instead and put him up.

I don’t fault her for not knowing what a mistake it was to keep Kelley off the block. Kelley was never going to be grateful and want to work with Rachel. She’s despised Rachel and wanted her out since the first week but Rachel doesnt know that part. Kelley may not have been a big move, but it would’ve taken someone out who would put her on the block. She could’ve continued to make Mickey or Morgan the target with Kelley being the only new enemy. (as far as she knew)

The other mistake Rachel made was not realizing she didn’t have the votes to take Rylie out before putting him up. Rachel’s never been very strategic but she’s miles ahead of the rest. As close as she’s gotten to Keanu, she didn’t realize he wouldn’t believe her about Rylie saying he’d target Keanu.

Rachel’s in trouble heading into next week. It was looking even worse for her but hashing things out with Morgan helped. Ashley, Will and to a certain extent Ava, coming back to her side against Mickey has helped too. The problem is, she still has Mickey (if she doesn’t leave) Rylie, Katherine, Lauren Kelley and probably Vince all still targeting her.
Rachel passing by Lauren:

Keanu isn’t after her but he damages her game on accident with almost every convo he has with people. He repeats everything Rachel tells him to Rylie and Vince. Since the hoh comp wasn’t physical last week, it may be this week and thats bad too.

There was also the misinformation from Hamsterwatch about it being the wall comp last week. If they did switch it for whatever reason, I could see the wall being this week. (Go ahead, call me Morgan and get it over with) Morgan’s the only person working with Rachel I see winning the wall comp. (She could also be evicted and not even be there for the next hoh comp) Most of the people with the best shot at it are targeting her. I find it hard to picture Rachel avoiding the block next week.
Mickey
Mickey’s becoming almost nonexistent in the house. She sits around trash talking Rachel to anyone who will listen but thats about her only strategy lately except for trying to save Rylie over Morgan. She’s continued to throw away her allies one by one. It’s as if she’s trying to prove she was right about choosing Rylie over Jimmy. I can’t remember a player we’ve seen fall so far this fast.

Jimmy may have been double dipping (who isn’t) but he was loyal to Mickey. In a short time, she’s managed to lose Jimmy, Rachel, Will, Ava, Ashley AND Morgan. She’s traded them all for Rylie, who by the way, still wants to target her for stealing his hoh.

I know Rachel, Morgan, Ashley and Will still prefer to see Rylie leave over Mickey this week. It isn’t because they want to work with her. They’re basing it on who’s more likely to win comps. Unless these 4 can work some magic today or Mickey wins the B.B. comp, I think her game ends tomorrow night.
Morgan
I think Zach leaving got Morgan back to the game she was playing in the beginning. Sure, she still talks non-stop and mopes around over Zach being gone but she’s opened her eyes about Mickey. She stopped trying to lie to Rachel and admitted she did say she would target her. That was good because they were actually able to move past it. She’s had a couple of long conversations with Ashley and sorted out their differences too.

She still has a huge blind spot with Vince but so does half the house. I think she’s also capable of winning comps if she doesn’t leave tomorrow. I think she’s sincere about the new Judges alliance. She had conversations with Mickey yesterday and every time Mickey started in on Rachel, Morgan steered the conversation to something else.

The only other immediate problem I see Morgan having (aside from possibly being evicted tomorrow) is Lauren. She thinks she’s created a closer relationship with Lauren than she has with her. It’s a concern because Lauren can also win comps.
Vince
He’s on his way to being a deciding vote this week. It’s not a position he wants and it’s why he let Adrian go the week he left. His game is playing everyone so openly choosing a side puts him in a bind. Mickey staying does nothing to help his game but I still think he should consider keeping her this week.

He isn’t loyal to this new alliance but I think he could use it to his advantage for right now. I agree that working with Rylie’s group is better for him. (Katherine, Lauren, Kelley, Keanu) I just think Rylie’s group without Rylie in it is best for Vince’s game. Lauren is closer to Rylie and Katherine than Vince and that sort of puts him at the bottom. With Rylie gone, he’d probably have more control.

Obviously, he can’t go against the group and vote Rylie out, but I do think he should work on Lauren and Keanu to get them to take out Rylie. Earlier in the game, I would’ve said Kelley but Kelley trusts Rylie more than Vince after the Adrian vote. I’m not saying it would be easy to accomplish but if he could, he’d have the entire house working with him and only have Kelley and Katherine mad at him. I don’t really think it’s going to happen but I’m curious to see how his conversations go with people today.
Rylie
He doesn’t even play the game but somehow has most of the house thinking he’s a great guy who can’t go home. The only time I’ve actually seen him play the game was on Sunday and Monday morning. It looked like Katherine had Lauren convinced not to use the veto twice. Both times, Rylie said she was wrong. He told Lauren she should make Rachel “show her cards” and definitely use the veto. Why in the hell would you want the veto used when you didn’t know who Rachel was going to put up and you’re half of a known duo?

He thinks dropping f bombs and using threatening phrases like you’re about to get into a bar fight is how you play this game. He doesn’t have a clue what he’s doing. He doesn’t want Katherine talking to anyone but him and for me, he can’t leave soon enough. Unfortunately, he puts on this fake ‘good old boy’ persona and some are still buying it. He also has the ability to win comps. If Keanu can’t be convinced that Rylie’s lying to him, he’s probably staying this week even if he stays on the block.
Lauren
She was actually painful for me to watch this week. I get being timid but if you can barely put a sentence together when speaking to anyone other than Vince, why are you here? She did use the veto to save Vince but why was it such a struggle? He’s your #1 ally and this should’ve been a no brainer.

She also got caught lying when she claimed she didn’t know who Rachel would put up. Although the feeds went down and we didn’t get to hear it, we now know Rachel didn’t just hint to her. She basically told her to fafo and also said “it won’t be Kelley if that’s what you’re thinking.” (It’s exactly what Lauren was thinking) Rachel’s told her using the veto would have consequences and she’d be putting up someone close to Lauren. Rachel also ended up telling her she’d put up Rylie.

Prior to the veto meeting, Vince and Lauren had a conversation about thinking Rachel was bluffing. Lauren decided to call her bluff and lost. After lying for an entire day, Lauren came clean and told Rylie and Katherine she did know it would be Rylie.

Although irritated, I don’t think her group cares much about the lie because they’ve got bigger issues. Lauren’s not playing as much under the radar as she thinks anymore. Rachel’s group has been talking about how Lauren can win comps and how she almost won a couple of others. There’s a chance she could see herself on the block soon and it may not be as a pawn.
Katherine
She actually has good game instincts and was the only voice of reason when talking to Lauren about the veto. She found out Lauren lied about not knowing who the replacement nom would be. You could tell she wasn’t happy with Lauren but being angry with Rachel takes priority at the moment.

She’s started to have a few more game conversations with people and knows she can’t play this game through Rylie. She still isn’t having enough of them and she’s basically a month behind. I know she was genuinely upset when Rylie went on the block so I do believe there’s a real attachment to him. I just hope it’s temporary and the BB brain fog is lifted once she’s out of the house.

She doesn’t realize anyone else targeting the showmance would’ve put her on the block instead of Rylie. If that had happened, people wouldn’t have been fighting to keep her either.
Keanu
Other than Vince, Keanu may be the reason Rylie stays this week. He finally told Rachel he understood her reasoning for breaking up a couple but said it was too soon. He’s been stressing over trying to continue to work with Rachel, while what he sees as his alliance wants to target her.

I’ve already touched on how it’s hard after 40 days to see that everything you thought is wrong. As much as Keanu wants to work with Rachel now, I see this as a battle she’ll never win. He repeats almost everything she tells him. Sometimes he does it because he thinks he’s trying to get Rachel in with his group. Other times he does it trying to hide how close the two of them have become. At this point, I think Keanu will have to be evicted pre-jury before he’ll ever see the truth.

I credit Rylie and Vince’s bullshitting skills for most of it. They’ve done a good job of convincing him they’re loyal to him. Keanu is the one person I wish had found out about Lauren’s lie. Maybe if he knew Rachel was telling the truth about that, he might start to believe the other things. (doubt it tho)
Kelley
She was angry she didn’t go otb instead of Rylie. She didn’t do a very good job of hiding it when she talked to Rachel either. Seeing Kelly’s reaction may have been the moment Rachel realized she wouldn’t be able to work with Kelley. Unfortunately, that came after she’d already put Rylie on the block.

Kelley’s entire game is having a #1 that’s only in her head. First, it was Vince and then she moved on to Adrian. Once Vince screwed her with the Adrian vote and he was gone, she moved on to Rylie. Like the situation with Keanu, Rylie can’t stand Kelley either. (Good luck with that Kelley)
Will
He stepped his game up and decided to finally pick a side. After listening to these women bitch about each other to him for weeks, he’s decided to be done with Mickey too. He’s the main person who got the ball rolling with this new alliance. He knew it was a group already working together but told Ashley he wanted to make it official.
Will giving Rachel a cheers after she put Rylie otb:

I don’t see him being anyone’s target anytime soon but he’s still in danger of going home as a pawn. I’d love to see him win an hoh soon! He was already working with Rachel and didn’t agree with the things Mickey was saying. I think Rachel giving him the hoh bed for the week just pushed it over the edge for him. Haha
Ashley
She’s still in alot of danger and could go otb with Rachel as soon as Friday. Even people working with Rachel (Ava and Keanu) may take a shot at Ashley soon. She temporarily bought into the things Mickey was saying at the start of Rachel’s hoh. Luckily for her, this was short lived and she’s already snapped out of it.

She did a good job mending things with Morgan and she definitely has Will’s loyalty over Mickey now. Except for briefly getting mad at Rachel for putting Mickey and Morgan on the block, she’s not doing a bad job. She wanted Rylie otb from the start and got her way. I feel like if Ashley hadn’t gotten upset with Rachel, maybe they would’ve talked more and realized they didn’t have the votes to get him out.
Ava
Ava hasn’t been spending as much time with Will and Rachel this week. She’s decided she’s done with Mickey but it was for her own reasons. (She found out Mickey would use her as a pawn) She’s also been left out of the new alliance that was formed. I think she’s being considered more of Will’s side person.

She’s one of the people who really likes Rylie and I doubt Will can convince her to evict him over Mickey. Although she’d had the best hoh of the season last week, she’s gone back to bed. Like with Katherine, I think the game is passing her by.

She had a long conversation with Vince yesterday. He’s one of the people she doesn’t trust at all. It was a good conversation but I don’t know how far it will go as far as the game.

Today should be pretty interesting. I don’t see how the new Judge’s alliance can get the votes to take out Rylie. (There’s also a good chance he’ll win the blockbuster anyway) They need 5 votes and they only have Morgan, Ashley and Will for sure since Rachel can’t vote.

That means they’ll need two of Ava, Vince, Keanu or Kelley. Maybe, and that’s a big maybe, Will could get Ava but that not enough. They need both Ava and Keanu or they need Vince and whoever he can bring with him. (Lauren or Keanu)

The two biggest winners of the week for me are Vince and Morgan. Vince is in a great position if he can manage to keep whoever he wants this week and convince the other side he had no choice because they didn’t have the votes. Morgan also won because she saved her game just in time. I actually think she would’ve gone home over Mickey this week. Everyone blowing up Mickey’s game and Morgan making up with Rachel probably saved her.

Unless Morgan does something incredibly stupid today, I think it’s a given that either Rylie or Mickey will leave tomorrow. I’d consider either one a win for us.
Have a great Wednesday!
