No HoH Winner Yet + Show Recap

Good evening, everyone!

Uodate: 5:30 am and no HoH result yet so I’m off to bed

Alright, wow what a show. I seriously love double eviction episodes because something crazy almost always happens. Even though I predicted that Michael would be heading out the door, the entire thing was nuts. Monte went ahead and did a massive blindside to Michael when he decided to use the POV. Based on Turner’s reaction, it doesn’t appear as if he was planning on Michael going. Now, I can’t read his mind, but he needed Monte’s complete assurance he has the votes before making that move.

So, while Michael went home under Turner’s HoH, Monte is going to take the credit for that and it probably moves him right up to the top spot. Sure, Turner has won more comps, but everyone remembers the big moves and that was huge.

Oh, and Michael’s speech? There have been only a few campaigns that impressed me and Michael’s genius speech is one of them. I looked down at his game, but if he had a week to campaign like that, there is no doubt he’d have survived. That was one of the most convincing arguments I’ve seen someone make and I have to give it to Taylor and Alyssa for holding strong there. Britt isn’t going to be a huge threat to take out Monte or Turner so they decided to pull an Aegon Targaryen and go it alone the rest of the way.

Good luck to them because unless they turn on each other, it’s going to be incredibly difficult to beat them both and both now have great jury arguments. Tonight’s HoH should be a pretty significant comp as it will signal the rest of the season. If Monte wins and stays loyal to Turner, one of the girls are gone and it probably won’t be the flea now that her dog is gone.

Speaking of HoH – here are the results:
