Hello everyone, I can’t believe we have less than 3 weeks to go until the season ends. This has been one of the best seasons (for fun) I’ve seen in quite a while. The gameplay had been atrocious from almost everyone but the cast has been great!

We had Tucker, the British talking comp beast who blew up every alliance he could locate. There’s Angela, crying at the drop of a hat, while still being one of the most cut throat players we’ve seen in a long time. Sure, her methods are horrible, but she’s a fighter. There was Lisa with the glitter, Kenney asking to leave every other day and Joseph thinking he was Dr. Will.

There’s pairs competing for who is the most tweedle dee and tweedlee dumb of the bunch. It’s a toss up between Kimo and Rubina’s musicals or MJ and Leah being besties, while throwing each other under the bus all season.

We had T’kor, who ran people like a mob boss for weeks and doing it while only talking to about 4 people on the regular. Brooklyn told everyone she’s a mother every hour, Matt thinks he’s still on the show and the only thing larger than Quinns energy was his crush on Leah.

I don’t want to leave out the frontrunner to win the season. Chelsie is the church lady with delusions of happily ever after with Cam. She guards that man likes he’s the last cookie in a room full of chubby kids. She’s not just jealous, she’s downright possessive.

Volunteering to go on the block for your allies became a thing, we had kitchen wars, the veto’s been used every week and everyone on the cast won a comp except Matt, Brooklyn and Joseph. Half the house made decisions based on who had a crush on who on any given week. Plus, the real competition this year’s been who can have the worst HOH? Except for some good gameplay, what else could we want in a season?

Anyway, I just wanted to say before it ends, I’ve really enjoyed this one. It’s been different but it’s been fun. Let’s get into the recap…

Monday

Shortly after I finished the recap on Monday, MJ took Kimo off the block with her veto and replaced him with Leah. Angela was warned late Sunday night but had to keep it to herself.

As Angela and Leah were doing their makeup before the meeting, Leah was telling Angela how using the veto on her was a good decision, even though it upset Quinn. (Yikes) I don’t know why people were upset with Angela over not telling Leah in advance. She still thought the veto may be getting used on her. She thought she was a pawn, didn’t want the target to be put on her and she has a right to choose her own game over Leah’s.

Chelsie with Leah just before the veto meeting. (She’s cut throat too):

It sounds like it was another intense veto meeting, which is a given this season. Rubina mentioned that Leah was the only person who didn’t hug anyone after a veto meeting. (Sorry Rubina, not everyone farts rainbows and glitter like you do) Chelsea said something about Leah taking off her mic pack too. Chelsie said “no one’s ever done that before.” (Chelsie, Chima would like a word because ya, its happened before and it was way more dramatic)

Angela headed to the unicorn room to console Leah. She was angry crying and said she felt stupid. She said she knew she should’ve made the bigger move the week before and should’ve trusted her gut. (Yep, unless your Angela, trust your gut)

Angela cried with her and I tried to see if they were real tears this time. (I was watching on my phone so couldn’t tell) Truthfully, I don’t care if they were or not. I like a self interested player so fake it till you make it girl!

Angela gave Leah a pep talk. She told her to take what time she needed but to talk to MJ when she was ready. She said Leah should get to the bottom of why it happened. They also cried over being up against each other.

I halfway wondered if Angela was hoping Leah could get MJ to turn on Chelsie before Leah left. I thought maybe that’s why she wanted Leah to get to the bottom of it. (I also may have been giving Angela too much credit as a game player)

The rest of the house went up to the hoh room to console MJ. She was crying too and talked as if this was something that happened TO her, rather than something she did herself. It didn’t take long for the rest of the house to start the usual trash talking of their target for the week. They were bothered by Leah crying, ignoring them and basically existing.

MJ decided to make Leah some cookies, because you know, that makes up for losing your chance at 750k. MJ delivered them but Leah didn’t want to talk yet. Except for going to the DR, Leah stayed in the unicorn room for a long time.

She talked to and hung out with Brielle, her barbie from her hoh basket instead:

She asked Brielle “what’s wrong with these people?” (Brielle didn’t have an answer and neither do we)

I think she may have stayed in there longer except they got called into the living room. There were some new AINSLEE messages they tried to decode. (No idea what they’re about but I think it was just hinting at a double)

Leah before the veto meeting:

Angela offered to make spaghetti for dinner. Cam asked if she put meat in it and she said yes. He said he was only checking since she said she didn’t season her chicken. (Apparently, Angela doesn’t cook because her family doesn’t like her cooking. At 51, she learned about seasonings in the BB house. I guess it’s never too late!)

She found time to crack Kimo’s back too. (My brothers a chiropractor and I don’t think this is how he does it):

Leah joined them for dinner and later, Kimo consoled her a little too. If nothing else, he knows all about that block life.

Late into the night, Leah and MJ finally talked. MJ went over all the reasons Leah had to go on the block. (Have you ever watched someone try to explain something they don’t understand themselves?) This was that but worse. It boiled down to “people told me… (fill in the blank)” and “you tols people Matt and I arn’t compatible.” It ended with “if I didn’t do it, the entire house would be mad at me” and somehow blaming Kimo and Rubina for it. (??)

See, MJ’s in a pickle. She’s continued to tell Leah that Chelsie wants to work with her but doesn’t know if she can trust her. She can’t tell Leah that most of the things “people told me” are things Chelsie said. She definitely can’t tell Leah the main reason Chelsie doesn’t trust her is because MJ’s ran everything Leah’s said back to Chelsie. This is how we arrived at ‘blame Kimo and Rubina.’ (Seems like Leah at least partially believes Kimo and Rubina caused this to happen)

Leah denied everything and asked why MJ didn’t talk to her first. (Crickets) MJ was having a difficult time explaining her reasons to Leah since there wasn’t any logic to them.

Here’s an example: MJ’s been claiming that Leah is telling everyone MJ and Cam are a showmance. This is something Chelsie said Leah is doing. (She isn’t) One of the reasons MJ believed it was because MJ said “she even told me that.” In reality, that’s not what happened. Remember a couple of weeks ago when Leah warned MJ about Chelsie looking irritated when MJ and Cam were cuddling? Leah didn’t accuse MJ, Leah was warning MJ!

Leah said she could handle being on the block and would expect it from people like Kimo and Rubina, since she’d just put them up. She said she never expected it from MJ. Leah told her what we already knew. She said MJ put up two of her own numbers this week and said “you got got.” She also said it was like Quinn putting up Joseph and added “it was supid.” MJ kept making comments like “I wish this didn’t happen” as if she didn’t hold the hoh and the veto this week. (Girl, you had all the power!)

It was a long and annoying convo to watch but it was also kind of fascinating. I watched MJ realizing she’d been tricked, realize she couldn’t let that be true and then double down on what she NEEDED to be true. There’s a reason MJ felt the need to repeat to people on Monday, “I don’t want to be painted as someone who didn’t make their own moves.” (Deep down, she knows)

MJ asked Chelsie to join them upstairs because she’d decided she wanted Leah to stay. (Just like the week Quinn left, she wanted him to stay right after she used the veto to put him otb) This turned into a forever long conversation. Chelsie came at Leah with a bunch of stuff that didn’t make any sense. As an example, Chelsie confronted Leah about campaigning for Quinn to stay the week he left.

Chelsie said Leah was in a room with “a bunch of people” trying to save Quinn. Leah said it was only Angela. Chelsie came back with “if you were really working with me, you would’ve told me about it.” Chelsie said she wanted Quinn to stay too but changed her mind. (The whole thing was stupid)

Now, before you start feeling too bad for Leah, don’t forget Chelsie and MJ weren’t the only two people lying through their teeth in that room. Leah lied her butt off and denied saying a lot of things she’d actually said. Chelsie DID make up some stuff but not all of it.

You have to remember, around weeks 3 and 4, both MJ and Leah were hanging out with Chelsie, but separately. They trashed each other to Chelsie nonstop so she’s got dirt on both of them.

When the talk ended, MJ asked Chelsie if she was good with keeping Leah now? Chelsie was not. (Haha) MJ thought the talk had gone well.

Meanwhile, Cam observed Kimo seeming nervous downstairs and told Chelsie about it later. (This was just Kimo’s normal demeanor) Later, Cam and Chelsie talked about their F4. Cam was starting to want it to be with MJ and Angela but Chelsie prefers Rubina over Angela. Cam said he thought Kimo should go next and Chelsie agreed….for now. (Cam’s wanted Kimo out for a while)

Chelsie also went over the talk with MJ and Leah. Chelsie said she was honest but MJ wasn’t. (Neither one was honest but Chelsie was somewhat) I don’t know the plan next week because they talked about targeting MJ but maybe not anymore.

Cam’s been talking with Angela alot more so we’ll see if he gets his way (and mine) about keeping her longer.

There was one funny convo Monday. Angela and MJ were talking and Angela said she couldn’t be a vote against Leah this week. MJ reminded her she was on the block. They laughed over it and MJ went on to act like it was on purpose so Angela wouldn’t have to make that choice. (How if Kimo was the initial target?) Angela also pushed back at some of the things MJ said about Leah. She told MJ that Leah would’ve never put MJ on the block. (Rub it in! Haha)

Tuesday

Leah, who thought she had a chance to stay, was spending more time with everyone. This put Angela back in her angry thinking chair:

Since she slept in, Chelsie was even kind enough to go into the bedroom and check on Leah:

Kimo, the new mastermind of the season, (that’s the word on the BB street) suggested they play more games on Tuesday. If Leah doesn’t find out any different, it’s going to be hilarious if she goes to the jury house talking about how Kimo and Rubina orchestrated her eviction. It’s such a great move so can you imagine if Chelsie didn’t even get credit for it?

Kimo in his superhero era, cape and all: Meet….Super Strategist!!

There was chit chat, sing-a-longs and naps. Rubina talked to the cameras about missing Tucker. (He misses her too)

They were called to the living room again to watch the Summit premiere. (It was weird watching them watch tv) Naturally, everyone made fun of Angela laterr for crying almost as soon as the show started. (Give her a break, she’s got to release the crazy somehow. Would they rather her have a meltdown and start accusing them of shit? Let the woman cry! It’s safer that way…for everyone)

I has the grandkids over so I didn’t watch it but Kimo sure looked into it:

Leah continued to hang out with everyone hoping she could stay this week. (She won’t) She has two options. She can try to get the votes from the two people who fought the hardest to get her on the block or she can try to get votes from the two people she put on the block last week. (Ain’t happening)

Maybe she has a 3rd option and it’s to have MJ hold her so they physically can’t take her out of the house??

Leah and MJ think they can convince Chelsie because Leah still doesn’t know this was all Chelsie’s doing. (MJ does so I don’t know what the hell she’s thinking) In hopes to stay and be one of the cool kids, Leah joined in on some Angela bashing.

MJ always does it but she was especially nasty yesterday. She said she wouldn’t be speaking to Angela after the show since she wasn’t going to be friends with a 51 year old woman. (As a 55 year old woman, I’d stick forks in my eyes over hanging out with 22 year old MJ but maybe that’s just me) She said she wouldn’t be friends with Angela’s kids either since they’d probably seen all the things MJ’s said about their mom. (Fair)

One of MJ’s favorite pastimes is talking bad about Angela. At least yesterday, I think she was doing it for a reason. She thinks she can switch the target over to Angela this week. (She can’t unless Angela has another stairway speech planned for today) I also have to say, Angela’s done pretty well this week with her paranoia and being otb. I don’t want to get ahead of myself because I kind of expect her to lose it sometime today.

MJ talked with Chelsie alone and they planned to talk to Kimo. (I missed some of this but I think he asked to talk to them because he said he didn’t know what the plan was for the week or something) Chelsie also said she’d try to get Kimo to “fess up” and I don’t know what this was about either. (Surely they haven’t convinced themselves this is Kimo’s fault too) Sorry, I have to sleep sometimes.

Chelsie and MJ talked more about the Cam situation. No need to go through it because it was more of the same. It was how Cam treats Chelsie bad but treats everyone else better. Chelsie finally told MJ the stuff she’d told T’kor and Rubina a while back. It was about how Cam said they’d “see what happened after the season.” (I’m still not sure I believe this. I do think it’s possible he said something that she misinterpreted and she’s ran with it all season)

There was more Leah bashing about how Cam followed Leah around the first three weeks of the game and Chelsie’s not that kind of girl. (I’m still not sure how this is on Leah and not Cam) At one point, Chelsie even acknowledged, if Leah was still interested, Cam would probably still be chasing Leah around. (How does this make sense?)

I thought MJ was going to get in trouble again because she and Cam shared a bowl of noodles yesterday.

I kept waiting for this to happen:

That’s because there was a lengthy sex talk yesterday and the flirting between MJ and Cam started back up. If I haven’t mentioned it before, Rubina and Cam both like to talk about sex as often as possible. I’m not about to recap a bunch of horny 20 somethings talking about sex. (Just know that they did)

Some Random Tidbits:

T’kor is under the impression that Chelsie was the 1 vote to keep her. She doesn’t know it was Kimo.

I thought this was a good take:

Here’s a couple more shots of MJ and Leah before this friendship ends. Believe me, when they get out and see what they both said about the other, it WILL end.

Leah when she won her veto:

They made great frenemies:

It’s comical that this is how the week began.

I’d be taking that crown back from MJ immediately!

Leah may be leaving but she’ll always be our Jankie Queen at least.

This is already long enough but I have to mention Chelsie this week. Like her or not, what she was able to pull off this week was incredible. Yes, she had some assistance from Rubina and Cam to push MJ over the edge but this was Chelsie’s move. Some may not like her methods (myself included) because she’s sort of a bulldozer and gets a little personal but it’s impressive. That can’t be taken away from her. (Truthfully, if I can’t handle the way Chelsie plays the game, I have no business saying Dan is one of my favorite players. With the jealousy stuff, she gets more personal than Dan but he did some pretty low things, depending on what a person thinks is ok) He’s my 2nd favorite player so I have to accept Chelsie is playing the game too and she’s playing to win.

At this point, it shouldn’t be a matter of who’s going to win the game? It should mostly be about how is Chelsie going to get herself there? Obviously, someone could win a veto and mess up her plans these last couple of weeks. Short of that, its her game to win or lose.

Even if someone puts her otb, I can’t find a scenario where she’d be evicted. (Not yet) She’s set herself up very well. Maybe Kimo can swoop in and give another game saving speech or Cam could win with a bitter jury. Unless something like that happens, Leah needs to be prepared to hand over that plastic crown at the finale.

I’ve enjoyed Leah, the last month at least. She’s been pretty entertaining all season. (She’s been less of a mean girl recently and everyone likes an underdog) Regardless, I’m assuming she’ll be out on Thursday. I’ll be back on Friday to recap the events from the double eviction and anything else that happens. Until then, have a fantastic Wednesday!
