Big Brother 26 – Thursday Updates 9/5
Good afternoon, everyone
It’s Thursday in the Big Brother house and that means it’s time for an eviction and it also likely means the start of jury begins after the person is evicted tonight. It has to be as there will only be 9 people remaining in the house so it seems a 7-person jury will be the new norm. I guess it saves them 2 weeks of paying for that house but that’s kind of concerning if they’re pinching pennies like that. (Assuming that’s the case)
Tonight, we will lose either Rubina, Kimo, or Joeseph and really it’s still anyone’s game at this point. Which is why I am glad the 3 nominee twist is also almost certainly ending tonight. We haven’t had a real grasp on who was going home this season because they all have contingency plans based on who wins the arena.
I’m fairly sure they’re all rooting for Joe to lose the arena, but Rubina and Kimo seem like a coin flip to the house. Based on the increasing chatter of an all-girls final 6, Rubina has an edge at remaining over anyone. Chelsie has been talking about wanting her out but she is also seemingly a bit on board with the final 6 thing so she’s been all over the place.
I think if Rubina is on the block, the guy sitting next to her goes. If Rubina wins arena, let’s count the votes:
- For Kimo (to evict): Leah
- For Joe (to evict): Angela, T’Kor, Rubina
- Toss-up votes:
- Cam (likely Kimo)
- Chelsie (likely Kimo)
- MJ (likely Kimo)
So all the power really stands with the Cam/Chelsie/MJ trio this week and I think they lean on evicting Kimo because of his closeness with T’Kor and Rubina versus Joseph who is really just alone and bad at the game. Logically, they have zero reason to keep Kimo and I think logic will win.
They were studying the videos a lot last night so they didn’t get a ton of time to talk shop. I assume that’ll happen today, but feeds will be up and down today. Hopefully we’ll get a better idea heading into the live show
She is looking dazed and confused, swaying a little and yawning!

Rubina says she fell into alliances a lot and they never worked out really. She says she supports her veto decision fully.
but she would love to make history happen (all girls in the end). She says if she stays, she will be thrilled to help make that happen.
She doubted it at first, maybe too many ladies. Based on her intuition, last night, she felt like people wanted to keep Joseph. But if Rubina is up there, they may want to keep her. Leah said she will let her know when she knows something 100%.
Chelsie says Cam is down to keep Rubina. She said he will fall into majority the 2 min after AI.
Rubina says he said he would vote for Kimo to stay bc he is closer to him.
Cam, Chelsie, and T’Kor were there. They say I love you back.
He says he is going to talk to all 3 individually this morning though.
He said let everyone know he will put anyone up…”I don’t give a F!”
She says she is voting for her or Kimo either way. Not sure what she will do if it is R vs K. She said she never wants anyone to leave with zero votes.
Cam knows all of them!!
They say J is not a threat. He doesn’t really have a group. He will always be one to put on the block.
but she is more of a threat…and there are a lot of girls left.
She will always be considered that 3.
Quinn is doing something in the mirror, but I can’t see what.
They may not be live again until tonight.

AI Arena is over – and….. that’s it? That was the game changing twist?
MJ talks to Rubina. She tells her others were saying R gets evicted. She and Chelsie decided they would go against the house. MJ says her decision to vote Joseph out was a game time decision.
Angela asks what if you have to pee? Kimo and Cam say you hold it! Or let your button go!
She says she wanted to do what was better for her…but hugs Leah and they say I love you.
R says Rubina is going to feel that way too. Then she says she needs to unpack.
But T’Kor says from now on, it is going to feel that way when someone leaves. Kimo reminds Chelsie of her brother. She says he is a good guy, and she thinks he will play different for this 2nd half of the game.
She apologizes. She says something in me couldn’t get rid of Kimo. She apologizes because she knows it wasn’t the plan.
He says it sucks because he promised Joseph a vote. But he wasn’t too surprised because J rubbed people the wrong way.
Rubina suggests maybe not promise people things.
She says maybe keep it empty because it feels unlucky.
She says he has ruined his game. The 3 on the block shouldn’t have ever been up there. She and Kimo talk about pullig in Chelsie and MJ.
She says she knows her vote put Q and Cam in a predicament.
Could be good or she could put them on the block.
She says she LOVES him and if he doesn’t win, he deserves to help decide with the jury.
After her week 1, she has battled. Cam says, “I give it to her.” They agree Angela is good for a lot of people’s games. R says, “and she LOVES you!!”
She says she would have felt worse if Kimo left. They agree that they both stuck to what they wanted to do for themselves.
Just a guess here, but I don’t think we will see the HOH comp live tonight.
They are already planning a girls’ night. Leah said she could say no boys in her room. Chelsie giggled.
She thought it was the double eviction.
He says congratulations again! Cam says he doesn’t do math. Cam suggests Angela for the block. Chelsie says she may put up Angela and Kimo. But she thinks Quinn and Leah may target her next week.
Rubina says he has to!!
My new puppy has me up in the middle of the night, so I thought I would check in.
She is probably in the DR. Angela says she thinks they arengoing to open the backyard soon.
So they can make smores inside.
