Big Brother 27 – Friday Feed Updates 8/22

Good afternoon, everyone!

It’s Friday in the Big Brother house which means nomination day!

Random thought, I hope they get rid of blockbuster when jury starts. I do like it early in the season because it gives fun people a chance to save themselves (Keanu), but we’re now at the point of the season where backdoors need to come in play more, so now is a good time to ditch it.

With jury not being announced last night, it’s clear they’re sticking with 7 person which isn’t surprising. They seem to be happy with it and it’s not bad. With only 7 people making it, gone are the days are people just hoping to survive long enough to make it. However, when you’re getting closer and closer to the end, it becomes more tempting to just play harder. You can start really smelling the victory so just making jury isn’t enough.

Now, let’s move on to this week. We have Vinnie being forced to nominate a few of his final twos, but who will his real target be? From the sounds of it, he is leaning hard on Mickey. She has a great social game and one of the two people he thinks have the easiest shot to win the game if they’re in the final 2.

Is he right? Well, for Rachel, absolutely. But Mickey? No. As of now, Mickey has really done very little other than pull some strings in the back. And while puppetmaster CAN win you the season, you need to have your hand in everything for that to happen. Her biggest move right now is getting rid of Jimmy, who is seen as someone who would have voted with her for 5+ more weeks. That’s not a flex.

So while Mickey absolutely can win this game, she is far from the lock that Vinnie is pretending she is.
