Big Brother 27 – Monday Feed Updates 8/4
Good afternoon, everyone!
Breaking News – This is NOT Big Brother 13 part 2!
Let me give you a little history. In BB13, they brought Rachel back with a crazy advantage. They let her come back with Brendan as well as friends Jeff and Jordan. A pre-made alliance. Their only resistance was Dick and Danielle and the newbies, until that quickly disappeared.
Dick immediately left the season due to health reasons which made Danielle about 30% as strong as she would have been. And the newbies were absolutely horrible who were more star struck than gamers. Look at the remaining players:
- Porsche – Absolutely useless who turned into Rachel’s shadow
- Adam – A floater who did nothing all season
- Kalia – She had a little spunk, but mostly boring
- Shelly – She was obsessed with trying to impress Jeff and Jordan
- Lawon – Dude literally volunteered to be voted out
- Dominic / Cassi / Keith – Who???
That was far and away the weakest set of newbies I have ever seen on this show, and I began to fear that BB27 was going to repeat that. Zae and Keanu have been thorns in the side of Rachel, but Zae was booted early. Jimmy appeared to be a problem for her, but he quickly became an ally. Everyone else was just kind of there.
And while they haven’t taken any real shots at Rachel yet, they have weakened her by removing Amy and now they are going after Jimmy. Without her allies, she is proving herself to not be the same player she was back in the day as she is far from the comp beast she used to be. Watching her join Keanu just to sabotage him was not the Rachel we used to know. She’d be beating him from the other side, not joining him to tank his team.
