Big Brother 27 – Sunday Feed Updates 8/31

Good afternoon, everyone!
Question – Before I begin, how do you guys support the in-post feed updates? The front page is sorted newest to oldest (newest on top) while on here, I have it sorted opposite so you can read it in order of the day (since it tracks the entire day). Do you like it the way it is or prefer the front page? Or perhaps have the front page for the ‘latest update’ where you just scroll down a little and check latest few updates while keep it the way it is on this page so you can keep reading in chronological order. Thoughts?
It’s Sunday in the Big Brother house, and it’s normally a day for mostly tanning and relaxing, and while I am sure there will be plenty of that, but there is also going to be a lot of game talk today.
The reason? Keanu doesn’t have a re-nom plan for tomorrow – yet
His goal is to keep Vince safe which is hilarious considering he nominated him. Lesson or not, you can’t nominate someone unless you’re okay with them going home. That’s like the first rule of Big Brother. Pawns go home. I get he was trying to send Vince a message for clearly being a terrible ally all season, but it’s too late in the season to send messages. You need numbers now, and that’s becoming super apparent as they are searching for just one vote to keep Vince, but can’t find it.
They need four votes to stay, and the current pool of nominees are:
- Ashley
- Ava
- Will
- Kelley
- Lauren
- Rachel
That’s it. With all options on the table, there is nobody he can put up that would save Vince and keep his other allies close (Kelley and Lauren). Let’s pretend Vince loses Blockbuster, the only person he can sit next to who could potentially save him is those two – Kelley or Lauren. This is all assuming Ava votes the same as Will and Ashley, which she has basically been doing all season.
Of course, if they somehow manage to convince Ava she’s on the bottom of the totem pole and she flips, well then, he’s safe against anyone Ava agrees to vote out. However, I don’t think anyone expects Ava to do that. She’s friends with both sides and just isn’t the type to change course for no reason. She’ll be content being the bottom of Rachel’s totem pole, as opposed to the bottom of Vince’s.
One option that came up which would be amazing TV but so super unlikely to happen, would be Vince convincing Morgan to use the veto on him. Keanu promising Morgan that he’ll put Lauren up if she does. However, once she does use it, he flips and puts Ashley up. Amazing TV, but chances of that playing out are near zero.
Alright, let’s get to updates
Morgan chatting with Ashley who is in the shower
They talk about the weird conversation Keanu must have had with Mickey
So they are wondering who to evict in the event it’s Mickey v Ashley.
Mickey would actually have a chance to and take a shot at Keanu
Mickey pointing out how Rachel and Ashley are a block. Correctly implying the ‘friendmance’ angle where that’s just as dangerous as a showmance.
Lauren / Kelley. Ava / Will. Vinnie / Morgan. Rachel / Ashley
She doesn’t remember that Lawon volunteered because he thought he could win the battle back
Why doesn’t Ashley just play her own game?
Ava is debating on voting to keep Vinnie
It sounds like Ava is pretty set on her path as I said
She said she’ll think about it
I still don’t think she’ll do it. But would be fun
I guess Vince told Will which means everyone should know
Kelley says Morgan is doing the minimum to save Vince last week while he did so much for her
Other than that, yea it seems Morgan is still contemplating the offer
The house basically knows now
Nobody but I believe Keanu and Vince know the real plan. Wait I think they told Lauren too.
Assuming Morgan uses the veto on Vinnie
She says it’ll be great TV. But she has to guarantee Keanu will put someone up who would go home
Vinnie tries to say that would be stupid and would kill his game
Even though he wasn’t going to. But I guess he’s just going the more honest route
