Big Brother 27 – Thursday 7/17 Ramblings

Good afternoon, everyone!
It’s Thursday in the Big Brother house, and it’s time for the first eviction of the season! The house will be down to 16 tonight which I find awesome because I always enjoy more people in the house. We’ll have a solid two weeks of 16 players this season (obviously one week was 17) and I’ll take that every year. I always repeat that I want a slower first part of the season and then a fast last few weeks (meaning slower evictions early then a bunch of doubles, etc)
We may actually get something along those lines because the finale is on Sept 28th, which gives just 83 days in the house. That is nearly 12 weeks, and we typically go into the finale with 3, which means there will be quite a few double evictions this season. Hopefully later in the year.
Anyway, last night was interesting. Rachel and Keanu were chatting for a bit, and I was mostly tuning it out because it was generic game talk with Keanu thinking he’s safe and just showing how bad he is. However, that conversation ended, and he went outside to start re-telling to Zae, which is when Rachel followed him out to confront Zae on him coming after her.
They go back and forth a bit until she says ‘If you come for the queen, you’re going to be beheaded’ and walks away. Zae was a bit surprised, so he followed her into the house trying to still explain that he’s just being honest about his game. He has been clear that anyone who votes against him will be a target – and yes that includes Rachel.
They stand in the kitchen for a bit going back and forth when people were looking on like they were listening to their parents fighting

Adrian looks like he’s going to cry lol
Rachel tried to pull the ‘are you trying to intimidate me’ line and I swear she was going to start calling him crazy eyes soon (Angela reference). He explained it is just common sense for him to target people who voted him out. This early in the game, targets are limited, so those are good reasons to go after them. She called him a baby and then they moved privately into the storage room.
There is when they went back and forth some more. They re-hashed a lot of things, but frankly I think Rachel took the L here. He had calm and cool responses to her and responded appropriately when she said ‘okay, I’m bored’ and started to leave. He mentioned how she called him a baby and now she’s acting like that?
The bickering continued to the point where she started straight up bullying him
It became uncomfortable to watch, but hey, it’ll make for great TV and solid feeds! I just wasn’t a fan of her trying to say he was intimidating her when he clearly wasn’t, and I’m glad the feeds remained on so we can see that.
For the feeds, I am now hoping Zae stays in the house. Amy as well. So, Kelley has to go in order to keep the fun up!
