Good morning, another week down and we’re inching closer to the end of this weird season. Congrats to Ashley for managing to flip the votes to stay last night. The week began with her leaving if Keanu won block buster. She put the work in to save herself and she got it done.

Keanu had been hoping they’d do the rope comp when he had to compete again. I can see why because a few seconds into this comp, there was no question who was going to win it.

I felt so bad for Will attempting to do it while injured.

He was never gonna be a match against Keanu. He’s probably felt more defeated than most once learning comps were going to dictate the rest of the season. (They usually do but not to this degree)

Will was never going to win this game. The game isn’t built for someone like Will to win. (It used to be but it isn’t anymore) The reality is, a handful of people have a shot at winning when the season begins and the rest are just character fillers for the show. Will figured this out and even talked about it on the feeds. So long Captain Will.

Both Ashley and Will got choked up during their speeches.

Vince shouted out his girlfriend when he voted. (It may take more than a shout out to fix this situation. Maybe if he wins, he can buy her a car or something)

Will was evicted, listened to some goodbye messages and said he was rooting for Ava. (His chocolate drop is rooting for Ashley with Will out of the game. I guess they each have a favorite daughter and it’s not the same one)

Is anyone else tired of Ava’s theatrics every single eviction night? (Girl you didn’t go home, stop trying to make it about you!) Last night annoyed me the most because she had a hand in Will going home because she probably could have prevented it. I mean, she picked Vince first and it was on Lauren’s hoh and that’s her girl. She didn’t do anything to try to keep Will off the block. Ava plays the game in the moment. She doesn’t think strategically or plan ahead.

She also didn’t lift a finger to help Will this week after he went up. Vince spent two days practically begging anyone to give him a reason to evict Ashley and go against what Morgan wanted. Ava’s ‘whatever, do what you gotta do’ talk with Vince was lazy. She may soon realize her strategy of sleeping all day and getting up for a couple of quick chats worked while she still had Rachel and Will in the house. With only 7 people left in the game, she’s gonna have to get out of that damn bed.

I don’t know how many of you caught it but as the show was ending, Morgan was telling Vince “Ava stormed off and said she was pissed.” Morgan also said “I don’t know if that was for show.” (Everyone knew Will was leaving, it wasn’t a surprise, not even to Ava)

Side note:

Ava was also annoyed with Ashley this week for campaigning to stay against Will. I mean, what the hell???

Julie’s talk with Rachel was super annoying. Annoying is NOT the right word because it actually pissed me off. We watched Julie gaslight Rachel on live tv. That entire conversation was basically ‘so tell me how your leaving was all your fault and had nothing to do with our stupid ass twist.’

I watched an interview the other day with Brendon talking about trying to shop for dresses, getting size info from one of Rachel’s friends and shipping several to production. He said the one she chose to wear was his favorite. (They both have tacky taste, I guess) Don’t get me wrong, the dress was fine. It’s the gloves and shoes that turned it into a costume. Over the top and costumy (probably not a word) is Rachel’s style tho so it was perfect for her. It’s also funny how much it resembled her comic.

The hoh comp went into a tie between Vince and Kelley. Vince came out on top and is the new hoh for the 3rd time. Ava and Kelley are assuming they’ll be going on the block. Vince’s letter was from his mom and the pictures were only of his family. (Read into that what you want)

Zingbot also made an appearance but I haven’t heard all of them yet. From what I’ve been able to pick up, Ava’s was about her style, Lauren was called boring and Ashley was forgettable. Vince’s had something to do with how much he cries. Morgan’s was about being Vince’s girlfriend. (I missed whatever was said about Keanu and Kelley)

Vince does cry a lot but he should’ve gotten the showmance zing, not Morgan. He’s the one with the girlfriend, but sure, let’s blame her. Julie even recently said in an interview they’re closeness was Morgan’s fault. She basically said something about Morgan should respect Vince having a girlfriend. (Maybe Vince needs to respect Vince has a girlfriend) Anyone who thinks Morgan is the only one overly attached doesn’t watch the feeds. He’s the one that begged her to stay in the hoh room with him the last time he won and he did it again last night. He’s the one that keeps telling Morgan Kelsey’s not jealous and that she will laugh at everything. When Morgan said she was trying to be respectful of Kelsey, Vince said “sometimes I think you’re too respectful.”

Morgan IS overly attached to Vince and she IS jealous of Lauren. However, I didn’t hear anyone this week talking about how Vince was getting annoyed because he thought Morgan was spending too much time with Keanu. (Yes, that was an actual conversation) The hugs are ridiculous and in my opinion, it’s too much. I’ve made fun of it, but I haven’t harped on it alot. It’s because I think they’re both mostly doing it for game. I’m not saying they haven’t grown too close because they have, but I also think they’re trying to manipulate each other. Vince plays Morgan and Morgan plays Vince. Morgan won every time up until last week and now it may be Vince’s turn.

Sure, Morgan doesn’t want Vince spending too much time with Lauren because she gets jealous. It’s also because she wants to be the person having the influence on Vince and doesn’t want it to be Lauren. She’s competing with Lauren to be the person Vince wants to sit beside in the F2. All I’m saying is both things can be true.

This is Morgan early yesterday, peeking her head in the hoh room to make sure Vince wasn’t in there with Lauren. It’s funny because she’s so possessive over him. It’s also something Rachel would’ve done or any other active player in the game.

It’s the same thing Rachel and Keanu were doing to get into Vince’s ear during his last hoh. I’m only saying part of why she’s trying to stay on top of Vince is for strategic reasons. (I’m not trying to claim she isn’t clingy) I don’t mind watching them try to use emotional manipulation on each other. It’s just very cringeworthy to have to watch the way they do it.

Keanu’s trying to do the same thing to Vince. He just isn’t hugging him while he does it. He’s using the tactic of ‘do what I want or you’ll lose my jury vote.’ They’re both forms of manipulation. Last night, Keanu also tried (again) to tell Vince that Lauren is coming after Keanu and Morgan. (He knows) To Keanu, they’re Vince’s two top allies so Lauren needs to go on the block in order for Vince to protect them. Protecting them helps protect Vince.

Keanu is making the same mistake he’s made from week 1 of the game. He isn’t working with people simply because he claims them and says ‘I’m working with you.’ No one is working with Keanu. (Kelley was for a couple of weeks but that’s about it) Remember way back in week 1, when I said Rachel was the only person who was sincerely trying to work with Keanu? It was true then and it remains true now. Vince still wants Keanu out, he just prefers Ava go first.

Ashley and Morgan were both very happy after Vince won and said the Judges were safe. (The Judges were dead the moment Vince chose Lauren for the hamster wheel) The Judges are similar to the Keanu situation. It’s an alliance Vince never wanted in the first place. He’s been stuck in it the past couple weeks and is just trying to navigate through it.

Lauren noticed Ashley’s excitement and asked Vince if he had some kind of deal with Ashley. He told her no but then proceeded to try and explain why he couldn’t target Ashley this week. Vince quickly said two of his noms would have to be Ava and Kelley and he was trying to figure out the 3rd. Lauren suggested Ashley so they could try and backdoor Keanu. Vince didn’t think it was a good idea since there’s a slim chance Keanu doesn’t play in the veto anyway. At one point, he told her if he put Ashley up and Lauren won the veto, she’d need to use it on Ashley instead of Ava. (Haha)

I saw the first standoff between Lauren and Vince last night. He was trying to get her to agree not to use the veto if she won it. Lauren wants to win it and use it on Ava but Vince wants to target Ava this week. They also both promised she wouldn’t take Ava over him and he wouldn’t take Morgan over her to the F2.

Morgan got out of the DR and took her turn with Vince. She’s been telling him for weeks he would eventually need to put up Lauren. (He already chose and it didn’t help you and your friends told him ya’ll would never vote for Lauren in a F2) Morgan talked about how Lauren could win the game by saying she’d never been on the block. She said if either Ava or Kelley came off the block, Lauren and the one who came down would control the vote this week. She didn’t convince him to put up Lauren, but she did a decent job of trying to keep Ashley off the block.

The Judge’s alliance may come back to bite him in the ass because she also told him he’ll automatically lose 3 jury votes if he sends Ashley to jury this week. (Probably true) She reminded him that Keanu said he’s not voting for him so just like that, he either sticks with the Judge’s or loses the game. (I didn’t say he was gonna fall for it. I just said it was a decent argument)

Morgan also got right to the point and asked Vince how long he planned on keeping Lauren in the game. He said he believed he could beat her so he didn’t care how long she stayed. Morgan asked again if he was trying to take Lauren to the final 2. He denied it but didn’t sound very convincing.

Morgan and Ashley kind of tag teamed Vince for a bit and were still trying to make Lauren that 3rd nom. He almost sounded like he was willing to do it if they’d promise not to vote her out. For some stupid reason, they wouldn’t commit to it. To make it worse, they started talking about how Ava shouldn’t to be the target this week either.

The reason I believe they got to Vince a little bit is because he went back to Lauren and talked to her again. He tried to explain why it actually made sense for her to be on the block with both Ava and Kelley. That way, Ava couldn’t blame Lauren for not using a veto on her. When they’d spoken the first time and Vince asked Lauren about using the veto, she just giggled and wouldn’t commit to anything. (The same way Morgan and Ashley wouldn’t commit to not voting her out. I keep saying these are some of the worst players I’ve ever seen)

In this conversation, she changed her tune after realizing Vince might put her up to prevent it. She started almost begging not to go on the block and said she wouldn’t use the veto and would do whatever he wanted.

I’m sure Morgan will talk to him again today but temporarily, I believe he’s going to put up Keanu, Ava and Kelley. (He could still decide to do Ashley and try to backdoor Keanu) Apparently, one of Keanu’s arguments was similar to Morgan’s. He said, if Lauren’s off the block and either Ava or Kelley come down, they control who goes home this week. Vince told Lauren, the same argument could be used against Keanu. For example, he doesn’t want Keanu and Kelley controlling the vote this week.

That may not be a worry because Keanu is done with Kelley, at least for the moment. I think I’ve already covered this so here’s the short version:

Keanu told Kelley his noms would be Vince, Morgan and Lauren. Kelley ran this back to both Lauren and Vince. Vince asked Keanu about it and he denied it. Keanu went to Kelley, asked why she told and she denied doing it. Later, it got back to Keanu (thru Vince) that Kelley ran back to Lauren saying Keanu had yelled at her and scolded her. Kelley was also VERY angry about it. Now, Keanu is convinced Kelley was fake crying when she ran to him a while back claiming Rachel yelled at her. (No shit!) Kelley was definitely mad but she’s mad because she got caught.

Vnce said something in a diary room last night on the episode that got my attention. It was about how he’d tried to get Morgan and Lauren to work together to make his game easier. Here’s the thing, he actually hasn’t done that at all. He does lie to Morgan and tell her that Lauren isn’t targeting her. (In spite of Lauren just putting her on the block and targeting her) However, he whines to Lauren about Morgan getting mad over him spending time with Lauren. He’s too honest with Lauren and that’s why he’s never been able to get Lauren and Morgan to work together. He’s done the opposite of what he’s claiming he’s done. It’s the same way he over promises everything to everyone and makes the game harder on him than it has to be.

Vince would be an idiot to put Lauren on the block, even at the cost of pissing off Morgan. I don’t think he’ll do it but we’ll see. He wants Ava as the target but that may not work out for him either. Ava and Kelley are half way expecting to go up but Keanu’s going to be mad if it’s him as the 3rd. Morgan’s also going to be mad if its not Lauren, even if the 3rd is Keanu and not Ashley.

After repeatedly asking Morgan if she wanted to stay in the hoh room last night, Morgan agreed. (I don’t think it will work but I’d stay in there too and try to keep working on him to try to get my way) She gave him a hug good night but told him it was a quick one and no more long hugs.

He asked again if she wanted to sleep in the bed.

She declined and slept on the couch but sure, this is all Morgan’s fault.

I’d like to say we might get some fireworks later today but I don’t think we will. I think Morgan will cry and call Vince her #1 about 100 times today. Keanu will find ways to tell Vince he’s dumb and say he just lost the game. Ava will say ‘fwankly, I expected it to happen so no hard feelings.’ Ashley will remain unbothered because she’s always in a good mood. Vince will complain some more about Keanu making cheatmance comments. I’m also guessing Kelley will put dead bugs in Vince’s hoh bed sometime this week.

One last thing, is anyone else tired of hearing “my block, her block, his block?” It’s THE block, damn it! Have a great weekend everyone.
