Felicia is speaking about employees she managed and how she could read people and tell people exactly the type of work they are doing. She would judge them on a 1-5 scale. She would see people working at a 3-4 but could be a 5 and then people who thought they worked at a 5 and really were a 2. People calling in constantly with dumb excuses. She feels like everyone needs to pull their weight, not just certain people. Cameron reminds me of someone I know…he says certain things that I know he is just talking, and he says hurting people is hard. He can’t do it anymore and it takes too much out of him when he was a manager. I can already tell he was not a good manager. Too much feeling.
