Team America Players Revealed

Frankie wanted it, and he got it. For the past 2 weeks, Frankie has been pleading into the cameras asking America to vote him for whatever twist they had in store. Surprisingly, America didn’t listen right away, despite Frankie’s immense popularity thanks to his youtube channel and his sister. Now-evicted Joey was the first member of Team America, but production had to scramble when she was also the first person voted out of the house.  Like expected, they kept the TA twist, except they sped up the voting to prevent another awkward situation.

Donny was revealed as the first member of Team America, but we waited patiently to find out who the other two would be. The answer was revealed last night after they were told in the DR. The results:

Donny
Frankie
Derrick

Frankie and Derrick have already been playing the game pretty hard and are deeply embedded in other groups of people, but this could be a saving grace for Donny who was basically floating through the game. He now has two allies who both have very good standing in the house, and are both pretty damn smart. I expected Derrick to be a very intelligent player (cops are underrated people readers, imo), but Frankie was quite the surprise. Instead of pulling an Elissa (who used her sisters fame to get into the house and then did nothing but push her yoga on people), Frankie actually appears to give a crap what happens in the house. He has his fingers on the pulse of everything that is happening, and is in a pretty decent position to go far into the game.

There is not even a question how America feels about Donny, so I’m sure everyone is happy to see him finally excited to play the game. He’s been mostly avoided all summer due to being a pretty weak physical player, and has been forced to treat the game like a summer vacation.  Now he can add his years of wisdom and Big Brother knowledge to two very strong players and form quite an interesting Team America.

Let’s just hope they are not given tasks that will expose their game and put targets on their backs.
