Big Brother 28 – The BB Tea Party

Devens and Dee catching Angela up on strategy talk, telling her Drew and Barrett are pushing to evict LaLa over Jason or Mallory, and that if either Jason or Mallory goes it’ll expose Drew and Barrett’s game to one side of the house. Also on feeds, Lyric and Chuk chatting about her wishing she’d studied nursing, though she says she can’t handle blood, vomit or poop.

Drew and Barrett said to the cameras expect the unexpected. Now they are sitting in the living room waiting for the DR to open so they can go in.

Feeds are all about Have Not prep right now, Drew and Barrett getting dressed up for a tea party (Barrett in a dress too) while Jason helps pad out the guys’ costumes. Kamu confirmed as HoH winner from a pretty lucky question round. Tea party itself hasn’t actually started yet, house just getting ready for the segment.

Dee is getting upset with what is fixing to happen while Angela it’s kind of laughing. Dee actually started to cry a little She said I don’t like being emotional like this bc I’m on my period. Dee tells Angela: He looks so happy right now I can’t believe this is about to happen (meaning Jason) Angela tells her it’s like in those mob movies where you’re going to a house and you think you’re going to be made of boss but instead they whack you.

Dinner is about getting started, not sure when the drama begins

Kamu put up Lyric, LaLa, and Mallory as noms. House is throwing a tea party with everyone dressed up (Drew and Barrett even in dresses), but the vibe is tense behind the scenes since Kamu’s reportedly planning to use a toast at the party to call out Jason for saying he’d use the veto to save people. Angela’s already telling Dee she’s dreading it and might cry when it happens.

They are all sitting around Spilling the “Tea”

They are still sitting around sharing either a confession or an embarrassment. Taylor is talking about how at work they have a video montage of her falling.

House is doing a tea party confessions game and it’s getting chaotic. So far the embarrassing reveals include Angela ripping one while getting Yash to sniff her cologne, Lala falling in the bedroom overnight, Chuk getting walked in on mid wipe by Jason, and Yash getting caught butt itching by Taylor. Everyone’s waiting to see if Kamu actually spills his big tea, he keeps checking his mic and stalling.

OH yea here we go. Kamu is starting

Kamu tells the story how before the noms he made a deal with Jason to let him (K) do whatever he wants if Jason wins

House is blowing up I’m doing my best to take notes so I can break it down

It started with Kamu saying: You told one group that you were focusing on getting out Kamu Haley and Chuk then you told another group you wanted to get the idols out which was Angela Drew and Devens. He adds Jason has said that Drew and Barrett are at the bottom of the house.

Lala said that he never did promise me safety if he won. Jason then says if I did win I was going to do exactly what you wanted me to do Kamu. Jason adds I did not make promises to anybody else. Jason tells the group Then Kamu made the comment to Jason that Angela and Dee were the biggest threats in the house. Kamu tries to cut him off and Jason said absolutely not I let you talk and now I’m going to talk.

Jason then says that he has been working to mend his relationship with Haley and they had a conversation and he thought they were good. Tells Kamu you can’t be doing this just to make me a huge target Jason did mention that last week felt like the Devens show.

Lala then adds: this is Big Brother how do you really know who is telling the truth and who to trust it’s part of the game.

Jason says he is just trying to play Big Brother. Jason asks if he’s the most hated person in the house? Devens tells him I don’t hate you. Jason also goes ahead and puts out there is there anybody here that is willing to work with me?

Big blowup at the tea party. After a goofy Drew/Barrett dress runway walk to break tension, Kamu confronts Jason and it turns into a full house callout. Jason airs out the toolshed alliance by name, calls out Kamu for putting him on the block, brings up how Rome got iced during his HOH, and asks Devens point blank if he has power. LaLa apologizes for causing drama, Taylor bails saying she just wanted tea and a sandwich, and Angela and Dee get pulled into the mix as things stay tense.

Kamu is telling Jason that he doesn’t dislike him but he heard his name out there and just wanted to clear the air. Jason agreed that he does not dislike Kamu either.

There was a long silence and then come who says Veto meeting adjourned

I’m not catching everything being said but Jason did just ask Kamu so if you are HOH again are You saying you’re not going to put me up? Kamu says anything can happen in a week or two I can make no promises. Kamu then tells Jason if you make it through this week I just want to let bygones be bygones Jason is also agreeing that already bygones are going to be bygones.

Angela did just bring something but I apologize I did not catch what she said but Jason flat out told her I have been trying to work with the icons You cannot say I have not tried to work with you. Then asks: is there anybody else that wants to give him Big Brother lessons.

Angela and Jason are still having a little back and forth but it’s not as heated

Lala’s crying, Kamu is trying to now diffuse his side of it saying I just wanted to clear the air and telling Lala that everybody loves her.

It looks like Taylor through all this has got up and walked off she’s no longer in the circle of “Friends”

The quite aftermath of what happened

Jason says I would love to go home, anybody want to help me pack? No volunteers He said I don’t know yesterday I would have had people wanting to help me pack being my friend.

He then asks does anybody want to talk about their hopes and dreams or what they want to do after the show. He has met with crickets.

Nobody has spoken a word for a couple minutes now and you can tell Jason is looking very uneasy

Dee gets up to start clearing off the table and then a few more get up to help her Kamu just gets up & heads to the house. Jason is still sitting on the couch.

I made a post while typing as fast as I could. Lynn crushed the coverage on feed updates. Hopefully we put it all together for you guys!

Jason is hanging out with the group of people willing to stand up to the power alliance

Big tense group ‘tea party’ still going in the house, Jason pressing Kamu on whether he’ll get put up next if he survives the block, Kamu won’t commit and says it’s water under the bridge either way. Jason accuses Kamu of orchestrating this to paint him as a target, LaLa backs him up saying Kamu’s airout is only a half airout since he won’t name who’s been talking. Angela even jokes it felt like the red wedding. Devens tried to end it a couple times but Jason and LaLa keep reviving the conversation.

Well the group in the house are talking about why did they have to do it at the Tea Party?

Angela again congratulating Kamu & says he was very well spoken. Then goes in the house and hugs Lala. I just don’t understand why everybody has to baby Lala. This basically had nothing to do with her. She just cries at the drop of a hat.

Big blowup at the Tea Party – Kamu used his speech to call out Jason, and Jason claps back hard, comparing it to Devens calling out Rome last week and warning the house that Kamu will do the same to them eventually. The group scatters to the backyard afterward leaving Jason sitting alone, no one comes back to talk to him. House is buzzing after, with Angela and Thog calling Kamu well spoken while bashing Drew, and Angela now going around trying to get people upset at Jason.

Melody is telling Barrett that Devens had brought up that that’s the longest they think any of them have ever sat in silence. They hope that when they air it on TV that they have a timer on the bottom of the screen and they run the timer to see how long they actually sat there in silence.

I have now watched every single person in this house (except Jason) give Lala a hug like she is a victim in all this.

There is not been a Jason sighting since he left the backyard

Taylor is telling Barrett that she doesn’t like that Jason is now being excluded from everything and that he feels alone. She doesn’t completely blame Kamu for bringing it up bc maybe it needed to be said but she’s not okay with Jason feeling like he’s on an island. If that’s the way things are going to be let him go home Thursday.

Still haven’t found Jason Not sure if he’s laying in bed or he’s in the DR but he is the only person not on screen.

Big Tea Party fallout tonight – Haley venting to Melody and Barrett that she’s tired of people clocking her/Kamu/Chuk as a three and just wants friends without the side eye. Taylor and Angela talk about wanting people to lay off Jason and just move past it. Meanwhile Chuk and Mallory are quietly comparing notes on working together, with Mallory pitching herself as a better ally than Lala for his game. Kamu still has HOH duties tomorrow with a renom and POV meeting looming.

Devens Dee & Drew having a convo by the hammock still trying to decide which would be the smartest choice to vote out on Thursday. Devens still think it’s best to get Mallory out because they know that she is coming for the vets.

I did have to walk away from my computer for a little bit now that I’m back I do see that Jason is back outside.

Drew is still thinking that Jason has the power or he thinks maybe it could be Lyric. He said it could be Jason or Lala.

Drew tells Dee he is 60% sure she has the power. Drew is pretty sure Melody does not have it.

Drew says again I still believe you have it (to Dee) She said if I was that good of an actress I would have been on White Lotus. Now they’re talking about the people from Survivor they thought would have ended up on White Lotus. Devens said it would have been really great if he would have picked Christian

Drew is telling them that with that every time things come up like when it was brought up that he was upstairs he says Melody never asks him. He says she still believes that he was not up in the room that night. Devens chimes in with do you have these conversations while you’re kissing. They all start laughing

Recap from tonight: Kamu is HoH with Lyric, Mallory and LaLa on the block, and Lyric took the veto so she’s pulling herself down at Monday’s meeting. The tea party went down and it got messy, with Kamu going hard after Jason, who now looks like the expected renom.

Dee tells Drew bc he’s hanging out with them so much that it looks like you’re working with us. Drew said if you want to talk behind my back just say so I will go. Dee tells him: No, No don’t go yet.

They were talking about how Taylor got up and left while everything was going on during the tea party. She was mumbling but nobody could understand what she was saying. Then they say she comes back and it’s still going on. Drew says I don’t think she even likes any of us. Then Drew says she wanted to be on Big Brother but then she got on this cast and she hates us all.

Yash trying to act all innocent while talking to Chuk saying Jason’s always trying to talk about who he’s wanting to work with. Yash asks who is he working with? Yash says I spend most of the day all by myself (We watch the feed Yash, We know you’re full of BS) He starts bashing other things about Jason. But he tends to forget that whenever he hears something from the Tool Shed group he’s always running to Lala & Jason and telling them. So really Yash is a shit stirrer. I personally am waiting for the day somebody catches on to him and blows up his game.

Angela once again “Lala I just love you so much” Angela you sound like a suck up I find it even more entertaining bc Lala has made it clear over and over she does not like Angela. Apparently, she has no problem faking it as long as she’s getting that sympathy.

Devens asks Taylor what were you mumbling when you left? She said I just wanted to have some tea and sandwiches. She told them I went to the shower got cleaned up changed came back out and it was still going on. Devens said I did let them know that the tea party was adjourned.

I’m going to attempt to watch tonights episode right now while we have the BB screen if anything good happens I will be back.

Kamu and Haley up in the HOH bashing Lala. Kamu saying I was sticking up for you Lala and then you tell lies when you were asked a question on whether he promised to save you or not. Kamu says you shot yourself in the foot Lala

Kamu ask the girls Did the people love it or hate it Dee and Haley both said oh they loved it.

Jason and Lyric laying in the hammock together Lyric telling him that the people don’t hate him & not to give up. Jason asked Lyric how she’s doing She says I’m fine don’t worry about me I’m worried about you. Told him she wanted to check on him immediately but he was in the DR.

Lyric reminds him that it’s all a part of BB for people to lie to each other. She says you don’t know which part of any of what he said is true or not.

Angela talking with Kamu with Haley & Drew also in the room. She’s actually making a good point they want to call them out for gathering together in the HOH and working together yet they’re constantly being seen gathering together in the equipment room. Then says how they complain that they’re working together to pick them off one by one. Angela says if we hadn’t gotten together and decided to work together that’s exactly what they would be doing to us. (I do agree with what she has to say 100%. It’s the game). It all depends on which side is able to pick off the other side quicker.

Angela then says I’m shocked that Melody hasn’t come up looking for you yet (to Drew.) He shrugs his shoulders. She says I think she really likes you. He doesn’t answer. She asked him do you like her? He’s like I don’t know, she’s older and she lives in Arizona. I did not catch what was said after that bc I’m trying to type & listen at the same time it’s getting late and I can’t multitask as well.

Lyric is now in the house talking to Drew and once again Jason is completely alone in the backyard.

I’m sorry Lyric is in the house talking to KAMU and Jason is in the backyard completely by himself.

There is a group getting together to go outside into the hot tub right now. As far as I can see that includes Lyric Drew Lala Kamu (Not sure, will ever make it to the hot tub bc as usual he cannot STFU) not sure who else is going.

Lala talking to Kamu right now and she made it very clear to him that he never did promise her to use the veto on her and that he did tell Lala that he did make the promise to Kamu that he would do with the veto what Kamu wanted him to.

He is now telling Lala that he personally heard Jason say his name so Lola says well that changes everything.

Okay I’m going to once again attempt to go watch the episode. I really cannot listen to Kamu talk anymore tonight bc I know that only about 1/2 of what is coming out of his mouth is true.

Dee and Devens have a pantry meeting going, sounds like they’re rehashing something that just went down, tossing out lines like “are we being punked?” and thanking Kamu for something. They mention feeling bad for Jason, calling whatever happened “really fucked up.”
