Big Brother 28 – Thursday Afternoon Feed Updates

Good morning, everyone!

Reminder – there is going to be some presidential address at like 9pm. Not sure if it will interfere with BB as the live show is at 8pm est. Let’s cross our fingers.

Alright, so what a week it has been in the Big Brother house, and I’m sure a real wakeup call for Dee and Devens who are not used to this insanely slow speed. Dee even mentioned it in one of the 100x so far she’s mentioned to the diary room that she was on Survivor. Did you know she was on Survivor??

But one thing she did mention that I’m sure was absolutely a real learning experience was that on Survivor, when you blindside someone, they’re gone. That’s it. Cya. No fallout other than their friends. On this show, that CAN happen on a Thursday night if you promise someone a vote and don’t deliver, but you still have to nominate someone and then sit there all week acting like nothing happened.

Who is going home tonight? If you’ve been following, I was sure it was going to be Yash, but the house may have flipped and may flip again as it seems to do so often under the new Blockbuster rules, so at this very moment, I am unsure who is going home. I will say, for a blogger, it’s frustrating not KNOWING and looking smart, but as a fan of the show, I think it’s a good addition because these votes have really been a toss-up almost every week.

This is largely because of the different combos that can happen. 3 people on the block, only 2 will be voted on, and you won’t know until Thursday night. So you need 16 people to all think who they’re voting out in this situation, in that situation, etc and it can be confusing to keep track of for us and them.

But as of this morning, here are some notes:

• It sounds like Ashley may be in trouble.

• Angela is slowly losing her mind.

• Lyric is already doing whispers of ‘I love you’ to Rome

• Rome thinks he’s the president of the house

• I cannot stop thinking of Aziz Ansari when Yash is around. He has the same energy.

• Jason is shitty for emotionally manipulating Angela to that level. I get some, but that was a bit much. Even Melody and Drew looked uncomfortable hearing him re-tell it

• Dee is a pretty good player but her week was mid at best. Her nominating people after promising her team safety is a bad look. Nobody in the house would have blamed her for keeping them safe. Even if they say they don’t mind, they do. Was it the worst week 1 decision ever? No. But it was certainly not the best.

Alright feeds will probably be slow and down most of the day. This is the first live show so production really has to go over the plan for tonight and they’ll likely rehearse it numerous times. Expect a lot of downtime.
