Big Brother 25 – Final Monday Update! 11/6
Good afternoon, everyone!
It’s the final Monday of the BB25 season and as you know, we’re down to the final 3. We’re also down to round 2 of the final HoH competition which appears to be taking place as I write this (however, it very well could be the breakfast chat that gets filmed for Tuesday’s episode that nobody will watch)
Round 1 went to Matt which is expected. I fully expect Matt to be facing off against Jag in the final round of the HoH competition on Thursday night as there is almost zero chance that Bowie beats Jag in a veto style competition. I’m sure Jag is bummed he lost the first round, but he is the veto king and round 2 is always a veto style comp.
As I said last night, this may actually work out in Jag’s favor because I really think Bowie would be the stronger opponent in round 3. That competition is typically a trivia / memory comp where players need to remember the exact words used to finish the sentence. I believe it’s ‘what the bleep’? A few years ago it used to basically be pure luck but they have switched it to the memory style comp and haven’t looked back. That’s really a much better way to handle the final competition as luck was just flat out stupid.
Imagine busting tail for 100 days, setting yourself up to be in the final round of the HoH competition only to be forced to guess what people in the jury said? Absolutely ridiculous.
The big question will be what Jag decides if he does win that round as he has been talking about taking Bowie to the final 2, but he really may feel the whole loyalty thing that Cody felt when he took Derrick to the final 2 and lost. This definitely has the repeat of BB16 vibe written all over it including the obnoxious third wheel to the duo (last time it was Victoria).
And keep in mind, Cody won 3 HoH and 3 PoV that season compared to Derrick’s 3 HoH. But Derrick was never nominated until the absolute final round (almost like Matt) and had much better jury management (like Matt). The only difference is that Derrick clearly pulled all the strings that season while Matt just remained friendly with everyone.
Alright, let’s get to the feed updates…
Feeds were down most of the day today either for the recap or part 2
Bowie says that what happens when you don’t win comps and (she moves her hand like a running mouth)
Also side note: if you haven’t seen Felicia’s exit interviews, she mentions that her brother passed while she was in the house. Just thinking of her and her family
Matt says when he is playing tonight or tomorrow, just think about making history! Jag says he is GOING to win. Then Matt says they can just have fun the last comp together! He says of course he will try to win, but it will just be fun! Matt says the fact their group made it to the end…he says it is hard for a group to make it to the end. They talk about the Hitmen again.
He says right when Bowie went inside, he (J) looked at Matt to see who wanted it? He says it didn’t matter. Jag said one of them would have to beat Bowie in the 2nd one either way.
They are patting themselves on the back for keeping Matt in the game. Jag says it’s “just wouldn’t have been right” if he had evicted Matt. Bowie said anyone else in the would’ve convinced him to cut Jag. They both agree it’s just cool to all be there in the final 3
Joking…but Matt is really making quesadillas for the family. Bowie helps with dishes. Jag complains about all the butter and oil Matt uses in the pan. He says, “Let me know before you make mine.”
He and Bowie say there will be a party tomorrow! And probably after the 2nd comp. Bowie says they can drink wine in real glasses since they won’t have to hide it from anyone. They talk about the time Bowie had to share with Blue because she wouldn’t leave the HoH room.
Matt tells him butter makes everything better!
He tells Bowie if she thinks he is going down without a fight, she has another thing coming.
He wants to name them Louise and Ana…he said say it together fast. She asked if this would be after the Olympics? He said no, now. He said maybe Reilly will come take care of them while he is gone. 💛
