Big Brother 28 – Tuesday Feed Updates 7/27

Good morning, everyone!

This is a scheduled post, so I am not sure what will happen in the roughly 12h after I am writing this, but I am in office today so you won’t see any feed updates from me at all until the 6pm hour (est).

Anyway, Jason has decided to calm down a bit on being a Josh as I think he was even annoying himself. But I am still wondering, could he be safe because of this? I know it’s cliche, and I know it’s basically how Josh won 19, but why in the world would they evict Jason right now if he’s sitting next to Mallory? Oh wait, that would mean Lala miraculously won the BB, which is probably not happening. Especially not against those two (unless it’s pure luck).

So I guess I need to reframe it because it’ll likely either be Mallory or Jason next to Lala, and yeah, I think Lala stays in both situations. Sure, Jason is a fantastic shield, but evicting Lala would be a waste of a week, plus I think Kamu is secretly raging over being called a queen. This is the guy who was scared of his rep for being near drag, and now a drag queen is openly calling him a queen all week.

Crap this has been such a crappy summer for me already, I just hope these next two weeks go by fast and then I’m back to remote. I will still likely not post a TON during work hours, but I will at least have feeds on in the background and can take breaks for some updates.

Oh, on a side note, I re-did the stats page! But the problem is, a lot of the data was scraped and imported rather than hand tallied. I have been going through BB27 and each week I am noticing errors on who played in the veto comps or who won misc comps, so I am going to have to go through each season week by week and do it for the most accurate stats. But I want to because I put in a point system to rank the best players. This way we can actually have numbers behind calling people the greatest. Granted, it’s probably going to be skewed toward the multi-season players, but here is how it works:

• HoH win = 2.5 points

• Veto = 2 points

• Misc comps = 1 point

• Survived blocked = 1 point (meaning they were nominated that week but stayed)

• Survived vote = 0.5 (meaning they survived people voting for them

• Nominated = -1 point

This way if someone is randomly saved by the veto winner (not them), they get 1 point for surviving the block but lose that point for being nominated. However, surviving an actual eviction gets them an addition 1/2 point because they were at real risk and stayed (this is thinking back to Taylor, who had to survive like 6x her season)

I may tweak the lower points a little but that’s what I have now and just need help from volunteers willing to go through each season and track it week by week. If you’re interested, contact me
