Big Brother 25 – Blindside Monday Updates 10/16

Good afternoon, everyone!
I’m on time with the update thread today! Big improvement from yesterday when I completely forgot lol
Anyway, blindside Monday, why am I calling it that? Well, if you’ve been away for the weekend, I have either good news or really bad news depending on who you’re rooting for in the house. Let’s just say, if you’re a fan of America and Cory, you may just want to come back on Friday because what you’re about to witness could be painful.
Needless to say, Jag decided to flip his target this week after Blue won veto and should now be going after Cory this week. Why? Well I’ll say what didn’t help was that during the veto competition while players were apparently struggling and in pain trying to stay alive, Cory and America were playing with each other’s ears or some ridiculous showmance thing.
That wasn’t the only reason, but that was more of the straw that broke the camel’s back. The reality is, Cory is probably Jag’s biggest threat outside of Matt and it’s honestly just surprising that he nearly didn’t target him to begin with. This house seems to jump on decisions quickly but then realize what the better move is after a few days thinking on it.
Alright, I’m not sure how veto will work today. Thinking about it, there actually could be two different ceremonies. Due to the fact of there being an ‘anonymous’ HoH, I’d assume they would have to have a ceremony, then call everyone back into the HoH room so the ‘invisible HoH’ can reveal their second replacement nom.
That is unless of course they did a bunch of scenarios with Jag for him to choose up front. Like ‘what if Blue uses her veto, who will you nominate. After that, if you use the veto, who will you use it on and who would be your second replacement nom’. It’s obviously much easier to do it that way because Jag is both HoH and Veto, but they couldn’t have planned that so I’m guessing they would have had to plan it differently. Hard to say, but we’ll find out soon as the feeds have already cut for at least one meeting (or both)
Today is the day we’ve all been nervous about (mostly just me ha). We are likely to get a double blindside today with Cory and America handling hands on the block. Will americas temper make her the bigger target? Will cory “play it cool” and only confirm the house’s suspicious that he is a gamer? Let’s hope BB turns the feeds on quickly after the ceremony. For now, everyone is getting ready for the day.
America and Blue do their makeup. Cirie is in the shower. Felicia tops off her morning with deodorant.
Jag says he isn’t going to engage in conversation with them. He is simply going to say the move was best for his game, and as superfans, he hopes they can appreciate it.
Jag tells Fe they mentioned to him several times that it would be funny to send Fe to jury with Cam since he doesn’t want to hang out with her.
She shouts out her dentist and says she asked them to fix it before she came to the show ha
BB doesn’t like us today
Blue, Matt, and Jag in the have not. Jag talks about how Cory pulled him aside and asked if this was always the plan. Blue jumps in and says she is going to lay everything out for them that she knows.
Cory/America no where to be found. Thanks BB
Cory had been asking jag if they were going to pull a crazy stunt this week

Cory asks Bowie if she knew. Bowie says she has an inkling last night, but didn’t have the details. Cory says it was really awkward this morning. Cory says he is disappointed because he truly felt there was a final 3 with Bowie and America. He says he was most open to Bowie and America. Cory tells her he knows he is the target and doesn’t think America will go even if she wants to.
Cory says it’s a bad idea right now and he doesn’t want another blow up in the have not room
The pitch will be how do you expect to beat Jagg/Matt
America says she isn’t interested in joining the conversation. Jag says it isn’t worth talking because he doesn’t want to repeat himself. Cory says he is confused because they have all been on the same team. Cory says to shoot straight and that he can’t speak for America. he says he hasn’t been involved in all of americas conversations with other people. He doesn’t want things to be awkward, but it will be. He says he is still going to campaign, but he respects the game.
Cory asks if eveyone knew last night? Cory said he felt there was a chance this would happen, and he asks what he thinks his next steps should be (Aka how cooked is he). Cory is annoyed because Jag keeps referencing conversations but what tell him the specifics. Matt says it’s mostly been between Blue/America. (Classic America) Cory says he cares more about America than the game. Cory says he has a couple different pitches, he could target Matt and Jag. Cory says whoever stays he understands they don’t want them to win HOH. Cory asks if Matt would ever believe him if his end game still had Matt in in? Matt says he trusts him more than America, but everything was always coming from America about the both of them.
She says no that they did all this without fact checking anything
Agree
They both thank her, but then America calls her a c*nt after she walks off.
Matt says there was wet fruit cake he threw away! Uuug!
He tells her he knew Jag was HOH since before noms. Cory says he is confused why this happened. America apologized to him, but he is not sure why. He assumes it is because of her and Blue talking.
He says the worse part about if of this is if he campaigns and succeeds, then Am goes out. Cory says he feels worse because she is saying she wants him to get to stay.
Cory tells Cirie that he played in path of power. They shake hands and he says that Matt told him a while ago. Cory says he is confused as to why this all happened. Cory tells Cirie she is the only person he floated Matt/Jag to and he knows she wouldn’t have said anything. He retells how America is feeling. Cory pitches if he is still in the house everyone else is safe for at least 2 weeks because Matt/Jag will be targeting him
He says he isn’t going to pull a Cameron and say he isn’t campaigning. Cirie says she feels like she can talk real with him. She says it isn’t farfetched for her to think he can stay. Cirie asks how he is with Bowie. He feels confident about getting Bowie to vote with him.

It was the only thing you could see under her pile of blankets.
She tells Matt she is planning to do whatever he and Jag are going to do.
They agree America’s behavior was so predictable. Matt says it is just in due time that Cory wins a comp. Matt and Cirie say always just ask and talk to each other. They agree Cory is more dangerous than America.
He tells Blue Am apologized to him for talking to Blue. He is just curious on what happened??? She tells him that before HOH Am was saying Cam might have a point about Blue needing to not trust Mag. That made Blue start to not trust her. Am said she needed to think about her future w/o Cory. Blue kept what she said to her from Mag. Blue wants clarity on if Am went to tell the guys the same thing. Blue wants to have a meeting with the 5. Cory says Am is not in a place to have that big conversation.
He says if Mag wins they will probably put Fe and Ci up and backdoor Blue or Bowie. Then the next week, he will be the target. He tells her she has a better chance with him staying in the game. They apologize for bullshitting with each other up until this point.
He tells her if she is going to go forward, it is going to have to be her winning. They aren’t going to take her to the end. He tells her their plan was to get her out and move forward with the 4.
He tells her it would be Mag and Bowie to the final 3. He also tells her he feels like he can get Bowie’s vote. He ends by promising Blue he will put Mag OTB and she will not be a replacement nom if one of those 2 takes themselves off.
America is the one sleeping. Cory says that is not a good idea. So he runs to the couch to pretend he is sleeping so she can fulfill her duties of her punishment.
Bowie says she is going to do the same. Blue says she feels more slighted by Am because they had a personal relationship. Bowie asks if Am will expect Blue’s vote. She answers yes.
Bowie says she hasn’t indicated it either way. Blue says she isn’t going to just go with the house on this vote. Bowie is curious what America’s angle will be.
Corry started his sppech and Big Brother said, “Knock it off!” TWICE! Cory says “oh! They don’t like this! Jag says he uses the pretend veto on America…lol Cory runs the necklace back in before he gets in trouble.
She says she feels like she is going to puke. She doesn’t know what to do when she gets up. She doesn’t want to sit outside and listen to THEM. She doesn’t want to talk to THEM. She says Jag doesn’t vote. She doesn’t need to talk to him. She calls Matt a minion. She says he and Blue are going to do what Jag wants. Her campaign will be that she is targeting Matt and Jag!
Cory says he must advise against this. Cory says Jag isn’t to fight back. He says Blue might…just because of her personality.
Fe says their saving grace is that no one sees them as competition. She says she can hang in mental comps aaaaalll GD day. lol

Good to see her being rational
But he does think if America sacrifices her game, enough people will respect it and vote her out. I don’t believe they will. What he means is, he thinks she may tell people to vote her out over him lol.
Cirie says Blue mentioned keeping Cory. She told Fe to ask Blue what she is thinking. Both agree that if Cory stayed, he would be able to forgive Mag for the game play and work with them again.
Fe and Cirie are headed to sleep. Cory and America chat in his bed. Matt is in the DR.
He just asked America if he should go in there and pitch for himself. He wasn’t serious…he isn’t moving.
