Big Brother 25 – Monday Feed Updates 10/2
Will Cory survive the day without being on the block?
That is the biggest question heading into today as the veto meeting is about to happen and Cameron has been itching to pull Felicia and replace her with Cory worse than me itching for that last slice of pizza.
He spent the better part of the night (whenever he had time) trying to push his two main allies (Matt and Jag) into supporting his plan to backdoor Cory this week. And I know people take the word backdoor very seriously, but when I talk about it, it’s basically replacing a nominee with a new target.
Whenever people use the word backdoor, there are always people to say ‘well, soandso played so it’s not technically a backdoor’ or in this case it would be ‘well, Cory wasn’t an intended backdoor heading into the veto comp, it just worked out that way’. Nah, for me, a backdoor is when the HoH puts up his true target on Monday regardless how they got there. Again, I know it’s not a ‘true’ backdoor that way, but I don’t care lol.
Am I grumpy today? I don’t think so, but maybe I am? Anyway, it sounds like Cam has decided against it and Cory can send Jag a lot of Starbucks gift cards as a thank you (twitter joke). Matt jumped on board the Cory train so fast he was in the first seat, but Jag was just not a fan of the idea so he Cory’d the plan. (Corying a plan is being a buzzkill on a big move like Cory did a few times early in the season).
That said, this is Cameron who is very unpredictable, and Cory would need 4 votes to leave. If he can influence Matt enough, that would be Matt, Cirie, Blue, and Felicia. He definitely can’t get America, and while Matt is on board with the plan to backdoor Cory, he’s also very loyal to Jag who is against the plan. It’s unlikely he can get Matt unless he gets Jag. So the reality is, should he go against the only two people willing to kind of work with him, he’d be sitting in the house all alone and can’t play HoH next week.
….. however, there is a good chance he’s going on the block anyway, and he has to know it, so he may just pull the trigger regardless. But if I were a betting man, I bet noms stay the same today and Felicia leaves on Thursday.
As I type this, feeds just went down for the meeting so we’ll see in about an hour!
After a flip to backdoor Cory and a flop to abandon that plan last night, today should be more of listening to Fe try to get votes and campaign against Cam. The house is up early today but they still have the yard to enjoy some sun.
Blue seems to think there will be 3 buckets. 1 HOH, 1 safety, and 1 prize. She wants them to throw the HOH to her. (I’m not google, but isn’t it usually the big HOH bucket and they have the option to fill the small bucket to get a bigger scoop?? Maybe there was a prize option in the past but I don’t remember safety being included)
Cam tells Cory he should talk to Matt/Jag. He says that he (Cory) is in danger with a person he talks to often. Cam advises that Cory doesn’t say anything to America because it will probably leak to Blue. Cam says the Blue pitched to him hard to go after Cory. He says that she doesn’t want to ruin her relationship with America which is why she wants him to do it. Cam says he wanted to tell him (Cory), but he thinks America will react differently if she finds out.
Cam says it would be Meme/Cory so she doesn’t piss off Matt/Jag. Cory says he doesn’t know who he would sit next to blue. Cam says it could be anyone- he throws out Cirie and Bowie’s name.
Blue says it’s crazy after all this time people still associate America with Cam.
Doesn’t seem to be any drama so I’m guessing noms remained the same
Evidently Felicia “blew up” after the ceremony and called out America/Cory. America says she is going to bring up the only reason Fe is still in this game is because of her/Cory
Jag said that Fe said her speech “was going to take a minute” and everyone got nervous.
Blue says that the casting director needs a raise. Cirie said production is paying up from their bets assuming this blow up was going to happen
Cam tells jag that he is trying to push the narrative of the Blue plan. He tells Jag of his convo with Cory this morning and that Jag/Matt new about it. Jag said that’s “good” (update it’s not. Cory has already told America about this convo and is concerned Matt/jag didn’t tell him sooner)
She says ‘this game’ but he was joking meaning she didn’t have a game. He says at least she got off her chest what she wanted
Cory says he is really only considering targeting blue next week sitting next to Cirie/meme. He says he appreciates Cam coming to him and telling him and appreciates Matt/Jag vouching for him (yikes)
He says it’s very goofy.
Jag says they just couldn’t risk Cory acting any differently toward cam. Cory says that he just ended up shit talking Cam to Blue and she went back and told Cam. Jag said he told Cam to expect that
Fe says she knows she said a lot, but everything she said was true. She said he (Cory) has been scamming people this whole damn game. She’s annoyed because there are no alliances anymore, so she doesn’t understand why everyone is pairing Meme/Fe together. Fe says she pulled American aside and asked her where she thinks her game is headed “tied to Cory.” She says she feels like her game isn’t over. She can be blunt and bold and she can be a shield. She can make moves they don’t want to
She says she been on the block 3 times. Jag says he’s had to fight for himself and for others (and he shouldn’t even be there but that’s just me)

The talk about how funny it would’ve been if Fe speech had worked.
A bird flew into the wall thinking the tree was real. They think he has a concussion and try to rescue it. Oh, it flew away and can’t figure out how to get out of the yard
Blue says that Cory is more sensitive than she is. He keeps apologizing for putting her on the block. America says she needs to check on how he is feeling after Fe comments
He is moving to LA and she is NY and neither of them want to date long distance
She is saying how sketched out she is by blue. The group is successfully pitting Blue vs America/Cory. Pretty smart of them
Because they are speculating that there will be something like safety or $5k. Blue just casually says she’ll take the hoh
Matt says he and Jag aren’t going to let Blue beat them at the HOH.
Cam says they need to keep Blue pissed. And then when they are with Cory/America, they need to talk about Blue being bad at them.
Cirie said she bets Jared and Izzy have gotten together. Blue agrees. Cirie says for some drinks or some greenery…Oop…
They discuss Blue and Meme…are they close? Bowie says Meme might take Blue off the block if she were to win veto. Jag says Blue mentioned taking Meme off if she won this week. Cam says that would have been bad for her.
talk about Izzy too. Cam says she was right when she said Cam would follow her out. He did. And Cam says she is probably really pissed now because he gave her a shoutout during a comp.
