Big Brother 15 – Jeremy Apologizes; Aaryn Loses Modeling Contract; Schedule Change

Before I went to bed last night, I reported about Jeremy completely making a fool out of himself by wiping his butt using Elissa’s hat.  You can see the wipe at (7/3) 6:55pm using the flashback feature of the live feeds. Well, it appears as soon as BBAD ended, Jeremy pulled Elissa into the side room and told her about the incident, said her hat wasn’t lost, he is embarrassed by it, blah blah.  He let her know that Big Brother is going to dry clean it, but if she doesn’t want it, he’ll buy her 2 new hats if it can make up for the situation  (Watch his apology to Elissa at 11:12pm).

Elissa took that opportunity to tear into Jeremy the way she knows how, by calling him extremely immature, aggressive towards women, etc.  She basically made him feel like 2 inches tall, although that was her intention.  To someone like Jeremy, it likely went in one ear and out the next, but last night he did actually seem concerned and remorseful about it.

In other scumbag news, real life repercussions are starting to take place about racismgate going around in the house. Aaryn, the worst of the bunch, has been released from her modeling contract over the racist remarks she has made.  Here is the statement her modeling company released on facebook:

Aaryn, season 15 cast member of Big Brother, revealed prejudices and other beliefs that we (Zephyr Talent) do not condone. We certainly find the statements made by Aaryn on the live Internet feed to be offensive. Any views or opinions expressed in personal commentary by Aaryn, either on any live feed from the House or during the broadcast, are hers alone and do not represent the views or opinions of Zephyr Talent. Upon much consideration, we have decided to release Aaryn from her contract with Zephyr Talent.

The night Aaryn is on the block with the chance to go home may be the most anticipated Big Brother episode in a long time.  I know I will wonder if Julie Chen will bring up some of the remarks she has made, or inform her about the horrible public image she now has.  Will she receive boo’s walking through the crowd?   When all of this happens, will she even understand why?

Just yesterday, Aaryn was talking to Judd about Ragan and Rachel’s friendship after the mean things he said to her on the show, and she feels he was way worse than any of the BB15 cast.  Jeremy joked with her ‘wait until you get out’ with a smirk, pretending he said nasty things about her, but little does he know that he’s right.  She is going to be in for a real surprise when she leaves the house.

Finally, the schedule has changed for Big Brother 15 on CBS.  The Tuesday night experiment was short lived, and starting next week the new schedule will be:

Sunday: 8pm
Wednesday: 8pm
Thursday: 9pm – Live Eviction

Similar to recent seasons.

This change will take effect starting Sunday, so there is no episode tomorrow night, and tonight there is still the live eviction show on CBS.

I haven’t even had a chance to really talk about the game at all, so my next thread will be about that, predictions for the night, etc.
